44-օրյա պատերազմի առնչությամբ հարուցված 1600 քրեական վարույթների շրջանակում առնվազն 17 հազար անձ է հարցաքննվել։ Այս մասին Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում հայտարարել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը։
«Դա վկայում է քննության ծավալի աննախադեպության եւ մեծության ծավալի մասին»,-ասել է նա։
Քյարամյանը նշել է, որ պատերազմի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործերը կոմիտեն պայմանականորեն բաժանել է երկու մասի՝ կախված նրանցից՝ դրանք սպաներին են առչվում, թե շարքայիններին։ Սպաների վերաբերյալ քրգործերը քննվում են զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության հատկապես կարեւոր գործերով վարչությունում եւ միացվել են ըստ ուղղությունների՝ հատնել է ՔԿ նախագահը։
«Ըստ ուղղությունների ենք միավորել գործերը, քանի որ մեր վերջնական նպատակն է կոնկրետ ուղղություններում իրավիճակն ամբողջությամբ պարզաբանել։ Այս կերպ քննությունը երկար կտեւի, բայց վերջնարդյունքում մենք կունենանք ընդհանուր պատկեր»,- ասել է նա՝ նշելով, որ 7 տասնյակից ավելի սպա մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակում է։
Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ առանձնացված քրգործեր կան նախապատերազմական իրադրության, ինչպես նաեւ պատերազմի ընթացքում ու դրանից առաջ զորահավաքի կազմակերպման վերաբերյալ։
Անդրադառնալով Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատարներ Ջալալ Հարությունյանի եւ Միքայել Արզումանյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործերին՝ Քյարամյանը նշել է, որ նրանց դեմ քրգործեր են հարուցվել երկուական դրվագներով, որոնցից մեկականներով նախաքննությունը մոտենում է ավարտին։
Նշենք, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմին առնչվող 1600 վարույթներից 160-ի ընթացքը լուծվել է։
