Խաղաղ բնակչության անմարդկային շրջափակման հումանիտար ճեղքում
Դավադիր Նիկոլի փոխարեն, իրեն հարգող ցանկացած հայրենատեր ղեկավար այս իրավիճակում առնվազն կաներ հետևյալը:

Հայաստանի իսկական վարչապետը, իր երկու փոխվարչապետերի հետ միասին, Երևանի Էրեբունի օդանավակայան կհրավիրեր ՀՀ ում հավատարմագրված դեսպաններին, ՄԱԿ-ի, Կարմիր Խաչի ինչպես նաև օտարալեզու ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչներին:

Նա բոլորի ներկայությամբ ևս մեկ անգամ մանրամասն կբացատրեր Արցախում ստեղծված հումանիտար աղետը, Ադրբեջանից սպառնացող ցեղասպանական վտանգը, 120.000 մարդու ճակատագրով զբաղվելու հայության պատրաստակամությունն ու միջազգային հանրության գործնական քայլերի անհրաժեշտությունը: Այնուհետև կհայտարարեր ԽԱՂԱՂ ԲՆԱԿՉՈւԹՅԱՆ ԱՆՄԱՐԴԿԱՅԻՆ ԲԼՈԿԱԴԱՅԻ ՃԵՂՔՄԱՆ ՀՈւՄԱՆԻՏԱՐ ԾՐԱԳՐԻ մեկնարկի մասին և սնունդով ու դեղորայքով բեռնված առաջին երեք քաղաքացիական ուղղաթիռներով, Լաչինի 5 կմ-անոց միջանցքով (ՌԴ ԽԱ պատասխանատվ. գոտի) կթռչեր Ստեփանակերտ: Վստահ եմ, որ Կարմիր խաչի և ՄԱԿ ներկայացուցիչները ևս կմիանային առաջին համատեղ թռիչքին:

Ադրբեջանը ոչ մի կերպ չէր կարող խոչնդոտել հումանիտար ճեղքման ծրագրին: Նման կերպ քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի համար կստեղծվեր կեղծ բնապահպանական ակցիայով հայության ֆիզիկական սպառնալիքի դեմ պայքարելու հարցում Հայաստանի կառավարության կողքին աներկբա կանգնելու իրական հնարավորություն: Ես վստահ եմ, որ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ լավ աշխատանքի դեպքում, Երևանում նստավայր ունեցող դեսպանատներից շատերը ևս կմիանային և իրենց վրա կվերցնեին ուղղաթիռային մեկական հումանիտար բեռ պատրաստելու և թռիչքները խրախուսելու հարցերը:
Ադրբեջանն այևս չէ´ր կարողանա աշխարհին ստել, Արցախի հետ ցամաքային հաղորդակցության բաց լինելու մասին: Չի´ կարող միջազգային որևէ հարթակում բողոքարկել ՀՀ հակաճգնաժամային հումանիտար ծրագիրի դեմ: Չի կարող նոր ագրեսիայի գնալ, առավել ևս չի կարողանա որևէ կերպ արդարացնել ցեղասպանական վտանգի տանող իր անմարդկային քայլերը:

Քանի դեռ Հայաստանում չկա իրական իշխանություն, իսկ կապիտուլյանտները` խաղաղապահների վրա մեղքը բարդելով անում են միայն ձևական հայտարարություններ, Ադրբեջանը չի բացելու Արցախի միակ զարկերակը: Բացի այդ, տարբեր պատրվակներով Քաշաթաղի (Լաչինի) միջանցքի փակել-բացելը դառնալու է ադրբեջանական շանտաժի և պահանջատիրության առանցքային գործիքներից մեկը` եթե այլընտրանքային ճանապարհների խնդիրը չլուծվի:
