POLITICSԱրցախում մարդիկ հասկանում են՝ ինչի համար են պայքարում, ինչի համար են դիմանում այս դժվարություններին, որի համար իրենց շնորհակալ եմ: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը:
«Մենք արդեն օգտագործում ենք պահուստային ֆոնդը, եթե նայեք խանութների լուսանկարները, կտեսնեք, որ համարյա ապրանք չկա: Մարդիկ ինքնուրույն, առանց մեր որոշումների, ապրանքները վաճառում են մեկ կիլոգրամի չափով, ոչ ավելի: Ողջունելի է, որ մարդկանց 95 տոկոսի մոտ հասկացողությունը կա, որ այս իրավիճակում պետք է համեստ իրենց պահեն: Մենք բոլորս մի նավի մեջ ենք»,-ասաց նա:
Հարցին, թե դեռ որքան պահուստները կբավականացնեն, Վարդանյանը պատասխանեց. «Մենք կդիմանանք: Դեղերի հարցն ինչ-որ ձեւով լուծում ենք, այնպես չէ, որ սովից մահանալու ենք, բայց պայմանները շատ ծանր են: Այս վիճակը կարող է երկար շարունակվել: Մենք դրան պատրաստվում ենք»:
Անդրադառնալով նրան, որ միջազգային հանրությունը բավարար ուշադրություն չի դարձնում Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակին, Վարդանյանն ասաց. «Եթե մենք ուժեղ լինենք, մեր մեջ կամքը ոչ ոք չկարողանա ջարդել, դա հնարավորություն կտա շատ երկրներում փոխել իրենց մոտեցումը Արցախի վերաբերյալ: Դա միջազգային հարցերից մեկն է դառնալու: Այդ հարցը միջազգային հարթակներում հնչելու է ավելի բարձրաձայն, եթե մենք մեր ուժը, միասնությունը կարողանանք ցույց տալ»:
