ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են անչափահաս աղջկա առևանգման դեպքի հանգամանքները. նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է:

Բնակարանի անձեռնմխելիությունը խախտելու և անչափահաս անձին առևանգելու հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում իրականացված նախաքննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 2022 թվականի հուլիսի 31-ին՝ ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վարդենիս համայնքի Փոքր Մասրիկ բնակավայրի 19-, 21- և 34-ամյա բնակիչները, վերջինիս կողմից վարած «Օպել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով, գնացել են նույն համայնքում գտնվող տներից մեկի մոտ:

19- և 21-ամյա երիտասարդները, բնակարանի անձեռնմխելիությունը խախտելու, ինչպես նաև նույն բնակարանի անչափահաս՝ 2008 թ. ծնված բնակչուհուն առևանգելու դիտավորությամբ, անտեսելով տանը գտնվող մանկահասակ քույրերի և եղբայրների, ինչպես նաև տնից բացակայող նրանց մոր կամքը, ապօրինի մուտք են գործել այդ բնակարան և 14-ամյա բնակչուհուն ազատ արձակելու պայմանով վերջինիս մորը հանդիպման պահանջ ներկայացնելով՝ աղջկան, նրա կամքին հակառակ, բնակարանից հանել են դուրս, նստեցրել ավտոմեքենան և տարել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Փոքր Մասրիկ գյուղում գտնվող հանդիսությունների սրահի մոտ։

Այստեղ երիտասարդներից երկուսն իջել են մեքենայից, իսկ 34-ամյա տղամարդը, որոշ ժամանակ անց նկատելով անչափահաս աղջկա հուզված վիճակը, նրան հետ է տարել իրենց տուն:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա 19- և 21-ամյա երիտասարդներին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 191-րդ հոդվածի (Մարդուն առևանգելը) 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ, 5-րդ, 8-րդ կետերով և 207-րդ հոդվածի (Բնակարանի անձեռնմխելիությունը խախտելը) 1-ին մասով, իսկ 34-ամյա տղամարդուն՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 191-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ, 5-րդ, 8-րդ կետերով:

19-ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանքը, իսկ մյուս երկու մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ՝ բացակայելու արգելքը:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է։ Հսկող դատախազը հաստատել է մեղադրական եզրակացությունը, և քրեական վարույթի նյութերն ուղարկվել են դատարան՝ ըստ էության քննելու։
