Արցախի Հանրապետության ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորները, Արթուր Թովմասյանի գլխավորությամբ, դիմում են ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների առաջնորդներ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին, ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենին, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնին՝ կոչ անելով կոնկրետ գործողություններ կիրառել Լաչինի միջանցքի բացման կամ Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանի գործարկման ուղղությամբ:

Արցախի ԱԺ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրությունում նշվում է․

«Այսօր 25 -րդ օրն է, ինչ շարունակվում է փակ մնալ Արցախը Հայաստանին և արտաքին աշխարհին կապող միակ ճանապարհը:

Արցախյան հիմնախնդիրը միակ հակամարտությունն էր, որի մասին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի բոլոր համանախագահող երկրները գրեթե նույն տեսակետն ունեին: Հումանիտար աննախադեպ աղետի առջև կանգնած Արցախի ժողովուրդը, մեծ հաշվով, ոչ միայն հասցեական հայտարարությունների կարիք ունի, այլև, կարծում եմ, այդ ուղղությամբ գործուն ու տեսանելի քայլեր ձեռնարկելու անհրաժեշտությունը կա: Առողջական ծանր խնդիրներով հիվանդները զրկված են անհրաժեշտ դեղորայքից և առողջապահական ծառայություններից, Արցախը զրկված է մանկական սննդի և պարենային ու առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների մատակարարումից:

Կոչ ենք անում քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհին, մասնավորապես Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրներին կոնկրետ գործողություններ կիրառել միջանցքի բացման կամ օդային կամրջի՝ Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանի գործարկման ուղղությամբ, ինչը թույլ կտա ձմեռային ժամանակաշրջանում փոքր-ինչ կանխելու Արցախում առկա հումանիտար տագնապալի ճգնաժամը»:
