ՀՀ բարեկամ երկրները համարում են, որ Լաչինի միջանցքի փակումը հետևանք է Արցախի չլուծված հիմնահարցի և փորձում են համաձայնեցնել Ադրբեջանի հետ Արցախ մշտադիտարկման խումբ ուղարկելու խնդիրը, այդ թվում՝ բնապահպանական հարցերով։
Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցության ղեկավար Արամ Սարգսյանը։
«Մշտադիտարկման խմբի գնահատականով է ՄԱԿ-ի խաղաղարարի կամ զսպող ուժի մանդատ տրվում։ ՄԱԿ-ը նման մանդատ կարող է տալ նաև տեղում կանգնած ռուսական ուժերին, բայց այդ դեպքում նրանք պետք է գործեն ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությամբ և հովանու ներքո։ Բնականաբար, Ադրբեջանը, իմ կարծիքով՝ նաև Ռուսաստանը շահագրգռված չեն տարածաշրջանում նոր ուժերի հայտնությամբ։ Հետևաբար, Ալիևը, նման սցենարի ճնշումից ազատվելու համար, փորձելու է ԼՂ իշխանության հետ անուղղակի համաձայնեցնելով, միակողմանի դիտարկում անցկացնել Ծաղկաշենի հանքավայրում և, մետալուրգիական համալիրի չաշխատելու համաձայնություն ունենալով՝ բացել ճանապարհը։
Արցախ միջազգային դիտորդական խմբերի ազատ մուտքը և նրանց մշտադիտարկումը, պետք է դառնա ինչպես ՀՀ իշխանության և հանրության, այնպես էլ արցախահայության հիմնական պահանջ։ Միջազգային դիտորդական խմբերի Արցախ մուտքը մերժելուն տրամաբանական պատրվակ գտնելը անհնարին է և նման պահանջը ոչ միայն փակուղի է մտցնում Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ին, այլև էլ ավելի ակնհայտ է դարձնում նրանց ոչ կառուցողական լինելը և ռուսական դաշտում գործելը։
Դիտորդական խմբերի Արցախ մուտքի պահանջը Ադրբեջանին քաղաքական ճնշման ենթարկելու լավագույն գործիքներից է, որ բոլոր հարթություններում պետք է կիրառել։ Այլ մոտեցումների դեպքում էլ ճանապարհը, իհարկե, կբացվի, բայց կրկին փակվելը բացառված չէ։
Իսկ մեզ պետք են թե խաղաղության պահպանման, թե Արցախ-Հայաստան անխափան կապի երկարաժամկետ ու հաստատուն երաշխիքներ, որ կարող են տալ ՄԱԿ-ի մանդատով գործող միջազգային խաղաղարարները»,-նշել է Սարգսյանը:
