Իրավունքի և արդարության «Թաթոյան» հիմնադրամը ներկայացրել է փաստահավաք տվյալներ, որոնք ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.
2022թ․ սեպտեմբերի 13-14-ին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից Հայաստանի նկատմամբ զինված հարձակման հետևանքով Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ներքին Շորժա ու Վերին Շորժա գյուղերում քաղաքացիական կյանք այլևս չկա, սարատեղիներն ամբողջությամբ անցել են ադրբեջանական դիտարկման վերահսկողության ներքո, իսկ գյուղերը դատարկվել են։ Առաջացել են ջրի հասանելի լրջագույն խնդիրներ կամ ջուր չկա առհասարակ:
Այս փաստերն արձանագրվել են Իրավունքի և արդարության կենտրոն «Թաթոյան» հիմնադրամի կողմից 2022թ. նոյմբերի 25-ին, դեկտեմբերի 29-ին մարզի սահմանային բնակավայրերում փաստահավաք աշխատանքների ժամանակ։
Մասնավորապես, Վերին Շորժայի սարատեղիի հատվածում, ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողները ներխուժել էին դեռևս 2021թ. մայիսի 12-ից, անօրինական տեղակայվել ՀՀ բնակիչներին օրինական փաստաթղթերով պատկանող հողատարածքներում, որտեղից իրականացրել են պարբերական կրակոցներ գյուղի ուղղությամբ, ահաբեկել են անասնապահությամբ զբաղվող բնակիչներին, զբաղվել անասնագողությամբ, արոտավայրեր այրելով, ապօրինաբար տիրացել ջրավազանների ու բնական աղբյուրների՝ մարդկանց զրկելով ջրից և այլն։
2022թ․ սեպտեմբերի 13-14-ին ՀՀ ներխուժման հետևանքով առաջ են եկել անվտանգության լրջագույն խնդիրներ նաև Սոթք, Այրք, Ջաղացաձոր, Կուտական, Փոքր Մասրիկ և այլ գյուղերի համար։
Գեղամաբակ, Ջաղացաձոր, Այրք, Վերին Շորժա, Ներքին Շորժա և այլ գյուղերի համար ջրային ավազաններն ու ջրի բնական աղբյուրները հայտնվել են ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության կամ դիտարկման ներքո 2021թ. մայիսից ու առավել խորացել 2022թ. սեպտեմբերի պատերազմից հետո. գյուղերում ջրի հասանելիության լուրջ խնդիներ են առաջ եկել կամ ջուր չկա առհասարակ:

Ջրի քանակի կտրուկ նվազման պատճառով Վերին Շորժա-Այրք ճանապարհին գործող ՀԷԿ-ն այլևս չի գործում։
Նման հատուկ փաստահավաք աշխատանքներ իրականացվել են նաև 2022թ. հոկտեմբերին Սյունիքի մարզում միջազգային փաստաբաններ Գառնիկ Քերքոնեանի և Կարօ Ղազարեանի մասնակցությամբ:
