«Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդը հայտարարություն է տարածել Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակման վերաբերյալ

«Անհապաղ ջանքեր են անհրաժեշտ Ստեփականերտի օդանավակայանի գործարկման ուղղությամբ՝ օդային ճանապարհով հումանիտար աջակցություն հասցնելու նպատակով․ «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդը հայտարարություն է տարածել Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակման վերաբերյալ.

Դեռևս 2022թ. դեկտեմբերի 12-ից Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովր«դի ամբողջական շրջափակումը, որը կոպտորեն խախտում է Լաչինի միջանցքի՝ 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ ամրագրված ռեժիմը և արգելափակում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Հայաստանին և աշխարհին կապող կյանքի ճանապարհը, գոյութենական լրջագույն սպառնալիք է ստեղծել այնտեղ ապրող շուրջ 120,000 հայերի համար։ Սրանով Ադրբեջանն առնվազն բռնի տեղահանության հիմքեր է ստեղծում, դրանով իսկ վարելով էթնիկ զտումների հստակ քաղաքականություն։
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչությունը պատանդ է մնացել մի երկրի ձեռքում, որը չնայած ձգտում է մոտ լինել Եվրոպային, սակայն այսօրինակ իր գործողություններով կոպտորեն ոտնահարում և արհամարհում է համամարդկային քաղաքակրթական արժեքները։

Լաչինի միջանցքի երկարատև շրջափակումը հանգեցրել է ահագնացող հումանիտար ճգնաժամի, ինչը կարող է վերածվել հումանիտար աղետի։ Զգալի է դարձել առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների, սննդի ու դեղորայքի պակասը։ Փաստացի, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ողջ բնակչությունը զրկվել է ազատ տեղաշարժի իրավունքից, հազարավոր մարդիկ, այդ թվում՝ երեխաներ, ձմռան ցուրտ պայմաններում մնացել են ճանապարհներին, բազմաթիվ ընտանիքներ ակամա բաժանվել են՝ հայտնվելով շրջափակման տարբեր կողմերում։

Ադրբեջանը պարտավոր է անհապաղ դադարեցնել Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակումը և իր իսկ կողմից ստանձնած պարտավորությունների շրջանակում երաշխավորել այդ կյանքի ճանապարհով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակիչների ազատ տեղաշարժը և տրանսպորտային միջոցների ու բեռների երթևեկության անվտանգությունը։

Կոչ ենք անում ողջ առաջադեմ մարդկությանը և համապատասխան միջազգային կառույցներին ներդնել իրենց բոլոր ջանքերը՝ կանխարգելելու հնարավոր նոր ցեղասպանությունը, ինչպես նաև պաշտպանելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության բոլոր հիմնարար իրավունքները։
Միևնույն ժամանակ կոչ ենք անում ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղարին, այլ միջազգային կառույցներին ու շահագրգիռ պետություններին անհապաղ ջանքեր գործադրել Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանի գործարկման ուղղությամբ և երաշխիքներ ապահովել օդային ճանապարհով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչությանը հրատապ հումանիտար աջակցություն հասցնելու նպատակով։
Վերահաստատում ենք, որ «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամը հավատարիմ է մնում իր առաքելությանը, որն ամբողջովին հիմնված է համամարդկային արժեքների ու հումանիտար սկզբունքների վրա»։
