ԱԺ ֆինանսավարկային եւ բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովը հունվարի 9-ին քննարկել է ՀՀ ԱԺ բյուջետային գրասենյակի 2022 թ. ընթացքում կատարած աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ հաշվետվությունը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պաշտոնական կայքէջից։
Բյուջետային գրասենյակի համակարգող փորձագետ Գագիկ Բարսեղյանը ներկայացրել է հաշվետու ժամանակաշրջանում Բյուջետային գրասենյակի կատարած աշխատանքները:
Սահմանված ժամկետներում գրասենյակը պատրաստել ու Ազգային ժողովի ֆինանսավարկային եւ բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովին է տրամադրել ՀՀ 2021 թ. պետական բյուջեի կատարման մասին տարեկան հաշվետվության ամփոփ նկարագիրը, ՀՀ 2022 թ. առաջին եռամսյակի պետական բյուջեի կատարման ընթացքի վերաբերյալ Կառավարության ներկայացրած տեղեկանքի ամփոփ նկարագիրը, ՀՀ 2022 թ. առաջին կիսամյակի պետական բյուջեի կատարման ընթացքի վերաբերյալ Կառավարության ներկայացրած տեղեկանքի ամփոփ նկարագիրը, ՀՀ 2022 թ. ինն ամիսների պետական բյուջեի կատարման ընթացքի վերաբերյալ Կառավարության ներկայացրած տեղեկանքի ամփոփ նկարագիրը, ՀՀ 2023 թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի ամփոփ նկարագիրը:
2022 թ. ընթացքում Բյուջետային գրասենյակը ստացել է 71 հարցում, որից 39-ը՝ պատգամավորներից, 5-ը՝ խմբակցություններից եւ 32-ը՝ մշտական հանձնաժողովներից:
Ստացված հարցումների հիման վրա պատրաստվել եւ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահին ու նրա տեղակալներին, մշտական հանձնաժողովներին ու խմբակցություններին, ինչպես նաեւ պատգամավորներին են տրամադրվել 555 տեսակի տեղեկանքներ: Գրասենյակը կատարել է նաեւ այլ աշխատանքներ:
Հանձնաժողովը հաշվետվությունն ընդունել է ի գիտություն:
Հանձնաժողովի որոշմամբ հունվարի 20-ին՝ ժամը 11:00-ին, կհրավիրվի ԱԺ ֆինանսավարկային եւ բյուջետային հարցերի ու ԱԺ առողջապահության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստ, որտեղ կքննարկվեն Առողջապահության նախարարությունում ամբուլատոր-պոլիկլինիկական բժշկական օգնության ծառայությունների նկատմամբ իրականացված հաշվեքննության արդյունքների վերաբերյալ Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի ընթացիկ եզրակացությունը, ինչպես նաեւ Առողջապահության նախարարությունում սոցիալապես անապահով եւ առանձին խմբերի անձանց բժշկական օգնության նկատմամբ իրականացված հաշվեքննության արդյունքների վերաբերյալ Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի ընթացիկ եզրակացությունը:
