Ադրբեջանցիների կողմից Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհը փակելու հետևանքով Արցախի Հանրապետության Մարտունու շրջանի Բերդաշեն համայնքի 15 բնակիչ գրեթե մեկ ամիս է չի կարողանում վերադառնալ գյուղ։
Այս մասին «Արցախպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրել է համայնքապետի տեղակալ Արմեն Աբալյանը։
«Երևանում են մնացել նաև համայնքապետն ու ընտանիքի անդամները։ Համայնքապետի պարտականություններն ժամանակավոր ինքս եմ կատարում։ Այս օրերին բնակիչները համայնքապետարանին դիմում են տարբեր խնդիրներով՝ հիմնականում սննդի պակասի»,-պատմել է Ա. Աբալյանը։
Նրա տեղեկատվությամբ՝ այսօր ԱՀ Գյուղի և գյուղատնտեսության աջակցության հիմնադրամի կողմից ձեթ, մակարոնեղեն և առաջին անհրաժեշտության այլ ապրանքատեսակներ են տրամադրվել գյուղի խանութներին, որպեսզի մարդիկ կարողանան ձեռք բերել։ Օրեր առաջ էլ շաքարավազ էին ստացել. յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի հասել է 1 կիլոգրամ, բազմանդամներին՝ 2։
«Երկու ընտանիք ունենք գյուղում, ովքեր հատուկ խնամքի կարիք ունեն։ Շրջվարչակազմի կողմից վառելափայտ է տրամադրվել նրանց, ԿԽՄԿ առաքելությունն էլ անհրաժեշտ դեղորայքն է հասցրել»,- հավելեց համայնքապետի տեղակալը։
Անդրադառնալով աշնանացանի աշխատանքներին՝ Ա. Աբալյանն ասել է, որ կատարել են ցորենի ու գարու ցանքս։
«Կան բնակիչներ, որոնք դիզվառելիքի պակասի պատճառով չէին ավարտել աշնանացանի աշխատանքները։ Դիմել ենք շրջվարչակազմին, սպասում ենք, որ տրամադրեն վառելիքը»,- ընդհանրացրել է Ա. Աբալյանը։
