Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհի փակման պատճառով Արցախի դեղատներում կենսական նշանակության դեղամիջոցների և մանկական կերերի սղությունն ավելի է զգացվում։ Այս մասին հայտնում են Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբի պաշտոնական տեղեկագրում:
Այս պահի դրությամբ, ի թիվս բազմաթիվ դեղատեսակների, զգալիորեն պակասում են կաթնախառնուրդները, մանկական տակդիրներն ու հակաբիոտիկները։ Բացակայում են հատկապես մինչև 6-7 տարեկան երեխաների համար հեղուկ հակաբիոտիկները և ջերմիջեցնող դեղերը։ Բացակայում են նաև շաքարային դիաբետով հիվանդների համար նախատեսված դեղամիջոցները, ինսուլինի ներարկիչները։
Ինչ է դա նշանակում:
Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող միակ մայրուղու արգելափակման պատճառով առաջացած հումանիտար ճգնաժամի պայմաններում Արցախի բնակիչները, որոնցից շուրջ 30,000-ը երեխաներ են, մեծապես զրկված են կենսական նշանակության դեղորայք ստանալու հնարավորությունից։ Իսկ հատկապես մանկական կերի սղությունը լրջորեն սպառնում է միայն դրանցով սնվող նորածինների առողջությանն ու զարգացմանը:
Նշենք, որ արդեն 32 օր Արցախը գտնվում է լիակատար շրջափակման մեջ: Արցախում հումանիտար ճգնաժամ է:
Շրջափակման մեկնարկից ի վեր աշխարհի բազմաթիվ երկրներ ու միջազգային կազմակերպություններ դատապարտել են Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները և կոչ արել վերացնել շրջափակումը: Հարցը քննարկվել է նաև ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդում, Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը պարտավորեցրել է Ադրբեջանին ձեռնարկել բոլոր անհրաժեշտ և բավարար միջոցները վերացնելու շրջափակումը, հարցը շուտով կքննարկվի նաև ՄԱԿ-ի Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանում (Հաագա)՝ Ռասայական խտրականության վերացման կոմիտեի վարույթի շրջանակներում:
