«Արցախում 1000-ից ավելի աշխատատեղերի կրճատում, բիզնեսների փակում է տեղի ունենում»․ Մեսրոպ Առաքելյան

Ադրբեջանի կողմից շրջափակման ավելի քան 1 ամսվա ընթացքում Արցախում 1000-ից ավելի աշխատատեղեր են կրճատվել, ժամանակավորապես փակվել են բիզնեսներ, սակայն նախատեսվում է տնտեսության էականորեն տուժած ոլորտներին որոշակի աջակցություն, նաև՝ տնտեսական կառուցվածքի բարեփոխման աշխատանքներ: Այս մասին ասաց Արցախի պետնախարարի խորհրդական Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը «Շրջափակման մեկ ամիս» խորագրով Երևան-Ստեփանակերտ տեսակամուրջի ընթացքում:
Նա նշեց, որ 2020 թվականին պատերազմից հետո էապես փոխվել է Արցախի տնտեսության կառուցվածքը: 2021-2022 թթ. տնտեսության հատվածում բազմաթիվ նոր ծախսեր իրականացնելու պատճառով առաջացել են և բյուջետային, և տնտեսական բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ: 2023 թվականին պետբյուջեն, որը մինչև շրջափակումն էր հաստատված, նախանշում էր մոտավորապես 50 մլրդ դրամի սեփական եկամուտների չափ: «Սակայն շրջափակման առաջին օրվանից ակնհայտ է, որ հնարավոր չէ ունենալ եկամուտների նման մակարդակ: Եվ արդեն այս 1 ամսվա ընթացքում բազմաթիվ ոլորտներ, ընկերություններ հնարավորություն չունեն աշխատելու, որը ոչ միայն հարկային եկամուտների էական նվազեցում է առաջացնում, այլ նաև աշխատատեղերի: Այս պահին, ցավով պետք է արձանագրենք, որ արդեն 1000-ից ավելի աշխատատեղերի կրճատում, բիզնեսների ժամանակավոր փակման գործընթաց է տեղի ունենում»,-ասաց Առաքելյանը՝ հավելելով, որ 2023-ի պետբյուջեն էականորեն փոխելու է իր կառուցվածքը:
Արցախի բյուջեի ներկա կառուցվածքն արդեն իսկ ուղղված էր ճգնաժամային խնդիրների կարգավորմանը: Եվ հիմա շրջափակումը, ստեղծված իրավիճակն ավելի լուրջ՝ ֆինանսական, տնտեսական մարտահրավերների առաջ են կանգնեցրել: Առաքելյանը վստահեցրեց, որ այդ ուղղությամբ արդեն աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում: Առաջիկայում տնտեսության այն ոլորտներում, որոնք էականորեն տուժել են, նախատեսվում է որոշակի աջակցության, կիրականացվեն նաև տնտեսական կառուցվածքի բարեփոխման աշխատանքներ:
