«Ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտ» հիմնադրամից տեղեկացնում են՝ ճանապարհների պահպանման և շահագործման մոնիթորինգի կազմակերպումն առավել արդյունավետ իրականացնելու նպատակով ներդրվել է ճանապարհային ցանցի կառավարման նոր համակարգ։ Այն թվային հարթակ է, որի միջոցով կատարվում է ճանապարհների սպասարկման առցանց մոնիթորինգ։
Էլեկտրոնային այս գործիքը մշակել է «Լոկատոր» ընկերությունը, որի մասնագետի հետ Ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտում կազմակերպվել էր հանդիպում ճանապարհների պահպանման ու շահագործման բաժնի աշխատակիցների հետ։
«Լոկատոր» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը դեպարտամենտի տարածքային սպասարկման ինժեներների հետ քննարկել է կիրառվող ծրագրի մանրամասները, մինչ այժմ օգտագործման ընթացքում ի հայտ եկած դժվարություններն ու խնդիրները, ինչպես նաև պատասխանել է դեպարտամենտի նոր աշխատակիցների՝ ծրագրի գործարկման հետ կապված հարցերին։ Տարածքային ինժեներները ներկայացրել են ծրագրի բարելավմանն առնչվող իրենց առաջարկները։
Մոնիթորինգի թվային հարթակը պիլոտային եղանակով օգտագործվել է նախորդ տարիներին, այս տարի նախատեսված է այն կիրառել ամբողջ ծավալով։
Թվային հարթակի օգնությամբ ինֆորմացիայի հավաքագրումը, մշակումն և պահպանումն արվում է առավել համակարգված, ավելի դյուրին է հաշվետվողականությունը, քիչ ժամանակ է ծախսվում թերություններն արձանագրելու և այդ մասին սպասարկող կազմակերպություններին տեղեկացնելու, ինչպես նաև թերության վերացման վերաբերյալ սպասարկող կազմակերպություններից տեղեկություն ստանալու վրա, նշված է հիմնադրամի հաղորդագրությունում:
