Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար, Օպերատիվ շտաբի պետ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ղեկավարությամբ այսօր տեղի ունեցած շտաբի նիստում քննարկվել են հանրապետությունում ստեղծված էներգետիկ ճգնաժամի պայմաններում բնակչության նվազագույն էներգետիկ կարիքների շարունակական բավարարմանն ու կենսական նշանակության օբյեկտների անխափան գործունեության ապահովմանը վերաբերող հարցեր:
Հունվարի 9-ից ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքից անջատվել է Հայաստանից դեպի Արցախ էներգասնուցումը: Ադրբեջանական կողմը հնարավորություն չի տալիս մասնագետներին մոտենալ և հասկանալ պատճառները՝ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում վթարավերականգնողական աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու համար: Արցախի 120 հազար բնակչությունը փաստացի զրկված է անխափան էներգամատակարարման հնարավորությունից: Հանրապետությունում ներկայումս էլեկտրաէներգիայի պահանջարկը բավարարվում է միայն ներքին՝ խիստ սահմանափակ ռեսուրսների հաշվին: Հունվարի 10-ից հանրապետությունում իրականացվում են հովհարային անջատումներ:
Պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նշել է, որ էներգամատակարարման հետ կապված բավականին բարդ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել և պետք է այնպիսի քայլեր ձեռնարկվեն, որոնք թույլ կտան հնարավորինս երկարաժամկետ ապահովել բնակչության նվազագույն էներգետիկ կարիքները:
Պետնախարարը հանձնարարել է ոլորտի պատասխանատուներին սեղմ ժամկետներում էներգախնայողական ռեժիմի անցնելու և էլեկտրաէներգիայի սպառումն առավելագույնս նվազեցնելու վերաբերյալ առաջարկներ ներկայացնել:
Նիստի ընթացքում անդրադարձ է եղել նաև տնտեսական ծանր վիճակի և հիմնարկ-ձեռնարկությունների գործունեության դադարեցման հետևանքով աշխատանքը կորցրած քաղաքացիների խնդրին, քննարկվել են նրանց զբաղվածությանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Պետնախարարը հանձնարարել է այս խնդրի հետ կապված ևս առաջարկություններ ներկայացնել:
Զեկուցվել է նաև պարենային մի խումբ ապրանքատեսակաների համար կտրոնային համակարգի ներդրման տեխնիկական և կազմակերպչական աշխատանքների ընթացքը: Նշվել է, որ դրանք իրականացվում են ըստ սահմանված ժամանակացույցի:
Նախատեսվում է, որ առաջնային նշանակության մի քանի ապրանքատեսակների համար կտրոնային համակարգը կսկսի գործել հունվարի 20-ից:
