«Ազգային- ժողովրդավարական բևեռ» կուսակցությունը պարբերական կդարձնի հավաքներն այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև չբացվի Լաչինի միջանցքը: Այս մասին հունվարի 15-ին, Գյումրիում տեղակայված 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի մոտ տեղի ունեցած հավաքի ժամանակ նշեց «Ազգային ժողովրդական բևեռի» ներկայացուցիչ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը:
Նշենք, որ «Ազգային- ժողովրդավարական բևեռի» համախոհներն առավոտյան հավաքն անցկացրեցին Գյումրու Մայր Հայաստան հուշահամալիրի մոտ: Դրանից հետո ավտոերթով շարժվեցին բազայի մյուս մուտքի մոտ, որից հետո իրազեկման ակցիա անցկացրեցին Գյումրու տարբեր հատվածներում: Ավելի ուշ նրանք կրկին ակցիա անցկացրեցին ռազմաբազային հարող հատվածում:
Նախատեսվում էր շուրջօրյա ակցիա անցկացնելու նպատակով վրաններ տեղադրել, սակայն այս անգամ ևս ոստիկանության ուժերն արգելեցին՝ նշելով, որ դա հակասում է ակցիաների անցկացման օրենքին, այն է՝ դրա մասին տեղեկացված չեն տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինն ու Շիրակի մարզպետարանը: Ակցիայի կազմակերպիչները հայտարարեցին՝ քանի որ ոստիկանությունը չի ընդառաջում իրենց, բախումներից խուսափելու համար որոշվել է ավարտել իրենց հավաքը՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ հաջորդ անգամ նախատեսված հավաքին ավելի շատ մարդ կմիանա։
Նախաձեռնողները նշում են՝ «Շրջափակում հանուն ապաշրջափակման» խորագրով հավաքի նպատակն է, շրջափակելով Գյումրիում ժամանակավոր տեղակայված ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի ճանապարհը, պահանջել Լաչինի միջանցքի երկկողմանի անխափան աշխատանքի պատասխանատվությունը ստանձնած ռուսական խաղաղապահներից կատարել իրենց պարտավորությունը։
Նման ակցիա «Բևեռ»-ն անցկացրեց նաև հունվարի 8 -ին՝ փորձելով փակել Գյումրիում դեպի ռազմաբազա տանող հատվածը՝ Մայր Հայաստան հուշահամալիրի մոտակայքում, սակայն ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները ցուցարարներին՝ հիմնականում տղամարդկանց, բերման ենթարկեցին հավաքների մասին օրենքը խախտելու և ոստիկանների օրինական պահանջներին չենթարկվելու հիմքով:
