Այսօր` հունվարի 15-ին, սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում։
Ժամը 19։00-ից 19։10 ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Գայի գյուղում՝ ժողովրդին հայտնի «Մեյմանդարի» շուկայում, վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել և ըստ օպերտիվ տեղեկությունների՝ կան տուժածներ։
Ինչպես հայտնում է shamshyan.com-ը, ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները նշված շուկայում՝ կանաչեղենի վաճառքի բաժնում՝ տաղավարներից մեկի մոտ, հայտնաբերել են տղամարդու դի՝ պարանոցի մասում սուր կտրող-ծակող առարկայի հետքով։
Հաշվի առնելով հանցագործության վտանգավորության աստիճանը՝ ժամանել են նաև Արմավիրի մարզի դատախազ Վահան Սարգսյանն ու Արմավիրի մարզի դատախազի տեղակալ Արամ Դոլինյանը։
Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները նշված վայրում հայտնաբերել են նաև խոհանոցային դանակ, որի վրա առկա են արնանման հետքեր և կան կասկածներ, որ դա հանցագործության գործիքն է։
Մինչ դեպքի վայրում աշխատում էր դատական բժիշկը, ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ մահացածը Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 50-ամյա Սարգիս Ա․-ն է։
Ոստիկանությունում նաև օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ ևս մեկ հոգի վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է «Վաղարշապատ» բժշկական կենտրոն, ով Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 29-ամյա Արթուր Հ․-ն է։
Դեպքի փաստով Դ․ Բարոյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ, որտեղ էլ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու, կատարողի ինքնությունը ճշտելու և նրան հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
