Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար, Օպերատիվ շտաբի պետ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ղեկավարությամբ այսօր տեղի է ունեցել  շտաբի հերթական նիստը:
Պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, ներկայացնելով ընթացիկ իրավիճակը, նշել է, որ շրջափակումը  նոր մարտահրավերներ է առաջ բերում: «Շրջափակումը փոխում է տնտեսությունն ու պետության առաջնահերթությունները: Պետությունն արդեն ստիպված է արձագանքել  շրջափակման հետևանքով  տնտեսական և սոցիալական ոլորտներում առաջացող խնդիրներին՝  վերանայելով  իր աշխատանքը, մոտեցումները, ուղղությունները»,- ասել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը:
Միաժամանակ շրջափակումն ու դրա հետևանքով ստեղծված ճգնաժամը, ըստ նրա, ստիպում են ավելի ռացիոնալ օգտագործել  առկա ռեսուրսները, բացահայտել բոլոր խնդիրները, այդ թվում՝ ստվերային տնտեսության հետ կապված, ներդնել կառավարման ավելի արդյունավետ մոդելներ:
Նշվել է նաև, որ պետնախարարի հրամանով ստեղծվել է  աշխատանքային խումբ՝ շրջափակման տնտեսական և սոցիալական հետևանքների մեղմմանն ուղղած միջոցառումներ մշակելու նպատակով:

Նիստի ընթացքում զեկուցվել է կտրոնային համակարգի ներդրման ընթացքը, տեղեկացվել է, որ կազմակերպչական և տեխնիկական աշխատանքներն իրականացվում են սահմանված ժամանակացույցով: Համակարգի սահուն ներդրման նպատակով համապատասխան բացատրական և ուսուցողական աշխատանքներ են իրականացվելու ինչպես մատակարարների, այնպես էլ առևտրային կետերի սեփականատերերի համար: Առաջնային մի քանի խումբ ապրանքների՝ կտրոններով վաճառքն իրականացվելու է ողջ հանրապետությունում՝ Ստեփանակերտում 200, շրջաններում՝ 400 խանութների միջոցով:
Պետնախարարը կարևորել է համակարգի ներդրմանը զուգահեռ՝ բնակչության շրջանում իրազեկման աշխատանքների իրականացումը: Նա նաև անհրաժեշտ է համարել համապատասխան տեղեկատվական բազաների ստեղծումը:

Ներկայացվել է հանրապետությունում էներգամատակարարման հետ կապված իրավիճակը, որը շարունակում է լարված մնալ:  Հայաստանից Արցախ էներգասնուցումը նախկինի պես խափանված է, քանի որ ադրբեջանական կողմը մասնագետներին թույլ չի տալիս այցելել իրենց վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածք՝ հասկանալու խափանման պատճառները: Բնակչության նվազագույն էներգետիկ կարիքները հնարավորինս երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով ապահովելու համար վաղվանից անցում կկատարվի  հովհարային անջատումների չորսժամյա գրաֆիկի՝  ներկայիս երկու ժամվա փոխարեն:

Զեկուցվել է իրավիճակը պարենային ապրանքների, դեղորայքի, դիզվառելիքի շուկաներում: Նշվել է նաև, որ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում  հաջողվել է նվազեցնել լարվածությունը կանխիկի դրամաշրջանառության մասով:
