Միլիարդատեր Վարդանյանը մնում է Արցախում

Gosrf.ru–ն գրում է, որ հայազգի միլիարդատերը, ներդրող, վենչուրային բարերար և ձեռնարկատեր, Ռուսաստանի նախկին քաղաքացի և չճանաչված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության ներկայիս պետնախարար արդանյանը հերքել է իր հնարավոր հրաժարականի մասին լուրերը։ Քաղաքական գործչի խոսքով ինքը չի կարող արցախցիներին թողնել Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակման ներկա իրավիճակում: Վարդանյանը բոլորին համերաշխության կոչ է արել Արցախի ժողովրդի հետ։
«Ես չեմ պատրաստվում հրաժարական տալ, հատկապես ստեղծված իրավիճակում: Միաժամանակ անընդունելի է երկրի նախագահի, հետևաբար և խորհրդարանի հնարավոր հրաժարականը։ Մեր բոլոր ջանքերը պետք է բազմապատկվեն Արցախի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերները հաղթահարելու համար: Այս իրավիճակում մենք իրավունք չունենք գնալ հակառակորդի օրակարգով և հանձնվել։ Մենք Արցախը հայ պահելու իրական հնարավորություն ունենք: Բոլորին քաղաքական ողջախոհության և համերաշխության կոչ եմ անում»,- ասել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։
Հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտությունը շարունակվում է, թեև հիմա չի կարելի ասել, որ այն թեժ փուլում է։ Այնուամենայնիվ, շարունակվող հակասությունների ֆոնին Լաչինի միջանցքով երթևեկությունը, որը կապում է չճանաչված Արցախը Հայաստանի մնացած տարածքների հետ, դեռևս դժվար է։ Սա, ի թիվս այլ բաների, հանգեցնում է հումանիտար ճգնաժամի։ Տեղում աշխատում է ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախումբը, սակայն մինչ այժմ իրավիճակը չի կարգավորվել։
Վարդանյանի հնարավոր հրաժարականի մասին լուրերը կարող էին հանգեցնել Արցախի պետական իշխանության անկայունության գաղափարին, սակայն նա ժամանակին հերքեց այդ շահարկումները։ Քաղաքական գործչի դերն այս հակամարտությունում դեռևս տարբեր գնահատականներ է վայելում փորձագիտական հանրությունում, թեև Վարդանյանը նոյեմբերից հանրապետության պետնախարարն է։
Ավելի վաղ նա հայտարարել էր, որ պետք է անել հնարավորը Ռուսաստանի խաղաղապահների մանդատն ընդլայնելու ևւ դրա ժամկետը երկարացնելու համար։ Պետնախարարը կարծում է, որ այդ առաքելությունը առանցքային դեր է խաղում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության և նրա ժողովրդի անվտանգության գործում։
