Երբ Արցախում վերջին 5 օրերի իրադարձություններն ես վերլուծում, մեկ կարևոր եզրակացություն կա՝ ինչ որ կենտրոնից նպատակ է դրվել Արցախի խնդրի հետ կապված հանրային-քաղաքական օրակարգը փոխել։
Տեսեք, Արցախի հարցը շուրջ մեկ ամիս քննարկվում էր միջանցքի փակման ու դրա հետևանքների, միջազգային դերակատարների ու ՀՀ իշխանության անբավարար ջանքերի համատեքստում, իսկ վերջին օրերին, Արցախի ներքին ինտրիգների ու Արցախի իշխող վերնախավի հարաբերությունների համատեքստում։
Ավելին՝ մի պահ քննարկումները տեղափոխվեցին այն հարթություն, թե Արցախում և Հայաստանում ով ում է սատարում, ով ում է ատում կամ քննադատում։
Իրավիճակը մի պահ այնպիսի պրիմիտիվ դաշտ մտավ, որ ով պայմանականորեն հայտարարում էր, որ Արցախում արտահերթ ընտրությունները նոր սպառնալիք են առաջացնում մատուցվում էր որպես պետնախարարի գծի սատարողներ և հակառակը։
Կա մի պարզ բան, որը կա՛մ լավ չի բացատրվում, կա՛մ չի հասկացվում կա՛մ որոշ խմբեր նպատակային չեն ուզում հասկանալ։
Կա ընտրության հարց, թե գաղափարական առումով ինչ ճանապարհով ենք առաջնորդվում՝ մտնում ե՞նք Ադրբեջանի խաղի կանոնների դաշտ, թե՞ ոչ։ Արցախը գնում է ինքնորոշմա՞ն, Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղ համակեցությա՞ն, թե՞ Ադրբեջանի կազմում լինելու ուղով։
Հայաստանը պետք է՞ ամբողջությամբ, այդ թվում՝ քաղաքական ու անվտանգային բաղադրիչով, սատարի Արցախին, թե՞ սահմանափակվի սոցիալական, տնտեսական և հումանիտար հարցերով։
Ընտրությունն իր դաժանություններն ունի և որոշում կայացնողը արցախցին է, իսկ Հայաստանը պետք է ողջ փաթեթով սատարի այդ ընտրությանը։
Ես իմ գաղափարական ընտրությունը շատ վաղուց եմ արել, ինքս բազմաթիվ թելերով կապված եմ Արցախի հետ, դեռ չեմ խոսում այն մասին, որ կյանքիս լավագույն 6 տարիներն Արցախում եմ եղել, բայց ես ինձ իրավունք չեմ վերապահում Երևանից ասելու, թե ինչպես պետք է ապրի կամ ինչ ճանապարհ ընտրի Արցախում ապրող մարդը։
Ես կարող եմ վերլուծել, դիտարկումներ անել, ռիսկերը մատնանշել, բայց արցախցին պետք է որոշի, թե ոնց է շարժվում, ումով կամ ում հեռացնելով։
Իմ նպատակն է թույլ չտալ, որ Արցախի հարցով իրական օրակարգը զիջի արհեստականին, իսկ քննարկումների առանցքից գաղափարական հարցերը դուրս գան ու այն տեղափոխվի կենցաղային հարթություն, որովհետև այսօր Արցախում սպրող մեր արյունակիցների համար կյանքի ու մահվան ընտրություն է և մեր ողջ ջանքերը պետք է ուղղվի Արցախի գոյության պայքարին։
