«Թիվ 1-ին համալսարանական» հիվանդանոցից հունվարի 17-ի երեկոյան ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ որովայնի հատվածում հրազենային վնասվածքով իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է դիմել Երևան քաղաքի՝ 1995թ. ծնված մի քաղաքացի, ով հայտնել է, որ վնասվածքն ստացել է  շենքի մոտակայքում։

Այդ առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական երկրորդ բաժնում նույն օրը ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ Անմիջապես ձեռնարկվել են անհետաձգելի վարութային և ապացուցողական անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով։

Մասնավորապես, կատարվել է դեպքի վայր հանդիսացող Երևան քաղաքի հիշյալ փողոցի շենքի բակային տարածքի զննություն, որի արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է հրազենային վնասումով «Տոյոտա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա, հրազենից կրակված գնդակներ և պարկուճներ:

Առգրավվել են դեպքի վայրի մոտակայքում առկա տեսանկարահանող սարքերի տեսագրությունները, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, նշանակվել են դատաձգաբանական և դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ:

Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ կրակոցներն արձակվել և տուժողին հրազենային վնասվածքները հասցվել է ենթադրաբար Երևան քաղաքի 29-ամյա բնակչի կողմից՝ դեպքից օրեր առաջ ծեծի ենթարկվելու համար վրեժխնդիր լինելու շարժառիթով։  2023 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին՝ ժամը 19։19-ի սահմաններում, նա երկու այլ անձանց հետ եկել է 27-ամյա տղամարդու բնակության վայր, սպասել և, շենքի բակում տեսնելով վերջինիս, կրակել նրա ուղղությամբ, որից հետո դիմել են փախուստի։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած, ինչպես նաև դեպքին հնարավոր առնչություն ունեցող այլ անձանց հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է  անմեղ, քանի  դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
