Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Նատալի Լուազուն անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքը փակելուն՝ շեշտելով, որ արդեն 38 օր է, ինչ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը կտրված է աշխարհից։ «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ պատգամավորն այս մասին խոսել է Եվրախորհրդարանում «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շրջափակման հումանիտար հետևանքները» խորագրով քննարկման ընթացքում։
«Այնտեղ սնունդ, դեղորայք գրեթե չկա, ընտանիքները բաժանված են։ 38 օր է, որի ընթացքում մեր բառերը որևէ նշանակություն չունեն։ Ռուսաստանն ասում է, որ իր իր զինվորները խաղաղապահ են Լաչինի միջանցքում, բայց իր զինվորները ոչինչ չեն անում»,- ասել է Լուազուն՝ Ռուսաստանին մեղադրելով հակամարտության ընթացքը պահելու մեջ։
Անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնյաների կողմից հնչող հայտարարություններին, թե շրջափակում չկա, պատգամավորն ընդգծեց՝ Լաչինի միջանցքում ռազմաշունչ «բնապահպաններ» են կանգնած։ «Նախագահ Ալիևն ասում է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչությանը վերաբերվում է այնպես, ինչպես Ադրբեջանի մյուս բնակիչներին, բայց այս շրջափակումը իր ժողովրդի նկատմա՞մբ է կիրառում։ Ի՞նչ է անելու․ ասում է, որ յուրաքանչյուր ոք, ով չի ցանկանում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ապրել որպես Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի, կարող է հեռնաալ։ Հետրաբար, սա ավելին է քան շրջափակում, սա շանտաժից ավելին է, նա էթնիկ զտում է իրականացնում։ Ի՞նչ ենք մենք անում, ոչինչ»,- ասել է նա։
Նա նաև քննադատել է Հարավային Կովկասում ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարի հայտարարությանը, թե դիտորդները ոչինչ չունեն անելու Լաչինի միջանցքի համար, ինչպես նաև անդրադարձել է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա Ֆոն դեր Լեյենի հայտարարությանը, թե Ադրբեջանը հուսալի գործընկեր է ԵՄ-ի համար։ «Ես ամաչում եմ, ամաչում եմ Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահի համար, ով այդ երկրին, որը դիտավորյալ մարդասիրական աղետ է կազմակերպում, անվանում է հուսալի բարեկամ։ Սա չարիքի մասին իմանալ չտալու դեպք է»,- ասել է Նատալի Լուազուն։
