Բաքուն պատրաստ է Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարների հետաձգված եռակողմ հանդիպման շուտափույթ անցկացմանը: Նման հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել այդ երկրի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամով, հայտնում են տեղի լրատվամիջոցները:
«Վերջին օրերին մենք տեսնում ենք «մանիպուլյատիվ» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) քաղաքականություն Հայաստանի կողմից, հորդորում ենք խուսափել սխալ դիրքորոշումից։ «Խաղաղության օրակարգի» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) խթանումը միշտ եղել է Ադրբեջանի նախաձեռնությունը, և մեր բոլոր հիմնարար սկզբունքները ներկայացված են Հայաստանին», - ասել է ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյան։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի հրաժարումը Մոսկվայում դեկտեմբերի 23-ին նախատեսված ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպումից բանակցային գործընթացը փակուղի է մտցրել:
«Հայաստանը մոսկովյան հանդիպման նախօրեին հրաժարվեց մասնակցել, դա նույնպես հանգեցրեց բանակցային գործընթացի փակուղու», -ասել է Բայրամովը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ հայկական կողմը, որն ի սկզբանե համաձայնել էր մոսկովյան հանդիպմանը, չեղարկել է մասնակցությունը՝ ընդգծելով, որ այս պահին ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի առաջնահերթությունը Լաչինի միջանցքի անխոչընդոտ վերագործարկման և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հումանիտար ճգնաժամի արդյունքում ստեղծված խնդիրների հասցեագրումն է:
