Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ազատ գյուղում տեղակայված N զորամասի ինժեներասակրավորային վաշտի կացարանում բռնկված հրդեհի հետեւանքով զոհվել է պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող Գոռ Մարտիրոսյանը:

Գոռը Դիլիջանից էր: Համայնքապետարանից NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասացին, որ Գոռը բանակ էր զորակոչվել մեկ տարի առաջ, սովորել էր Դիլիջանի թիվ 2 դպրոցում:

Գոռն ընտանիքի միակ որդին էր, ուներ մեկ քույր: Գոռի հայրը  շինարար է, մայրն աշխատում է թխվածքի արտադրամասում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 19-ին՝ ժամը 01:30-ի սահմաններում, հրդեհ է բռնկվել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ազատ գյուղի տարածքում տեղակայված ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի ինժեներասակրավորային վաշտի կացարանում: Հրդեհի հետեւանքով զոհվել է 15 զինծառայող, վիրավորում է ստացել 7 զինծառայող, նրանցից չորսը բուժօգնություն ստանալուց հետո դուրս է գրվել, 3–ը տեղափոխվել են Երեւան՝ Այրվածքաբանության ազգային կենտրոն։ Նրանցից երկուսի վիճակը գնահատվում է ծանր։

Դեպքից անմիջապես հետո պաշտոններից ազատվել են 2-րդ բանակային կորպուսի հրամանատարը եւ եւս 7 բարձրաստիճան զինվորականներ։

Ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի նախնական տվյալների՝ վաշտի պատասխանատու կապիտանը 5 լիտր տարողությամբ պլաստամսե տարայում գտնվող ավտոբենզինով փորձել է վառել վառարանը։ Վառարանն ավտոբենզին լցնելուց հետո բոց է բռնկվել, որի հետևանքով պատասխանատու կապիտանը, այրվածքներ ստանալով, մեխանիկորեն իր ձեռքի ավտոբենզինով լի տարան նետել է մի կողմ, որն ընկել է կացարանի մեջ, ապա տվյալ օրվա վերակարգում գտնվող մեկ այլ ժամկետային զինծառայողի հետ, ով նույնպես ստացել է այրվածքներ, մի կերպ կարողացել են դուրս գալ կացարանից։

Կացարանի ողջ տարածքով կրակի արագ տարածման հետևանքով զինծառայողները չեն կարողացել կացարանի մուտքով դուրս գալ, սակայն դրսում գտնվող պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողները կարողացել են 2 ժամկետային զինծառայողի օգնել դուրս գալ զորանոցից։

Դրսում գտնվող ժամկետային զինծառայող վարորդներից մեկը «Ուրալ» մակնիշի  ավոտմեքենայով երկու անգամ հարվածել է կացարանի պատին՝ անցք բացելու և համածառայակիցներին այնտեղից դուրս բերելու նպատակով, որի արդյունքում պատի որոշակի հատված քանդվել է։ Սակայն կրակի արագ տարածման պատճառով կացարանում գտնվող մյուս զինծառայողներին չեն կարողացել դուրս բերել, որի արդյունքում թվով 15 ժամկետային զինծառայողներ մահացել են։ Նրանց դիերը դուրս են բերվել հրդեհը մարվելուց հետո։

Հրդեհի դեպքի առնչությամբ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ 532-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով (զենքի, ռազմամթերքի, ռազմական տեխնիկայի կամ ռազմական այլ գույքի, շրջապատի համար առավել վտանգ ներկայացնող նյութերի, սարքերի կամ առարկաների հետ վարվելու կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է երկու եւ ավելի անձի մահ)։
