Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հանձնարարել է ամփոփել հումանիտար ճգնաժամի հաղթահարման ուղղությամբ առաջարկները՝ ԱԽ քննարկմանը ներկայացնելու համար

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար, Օպերատիվ շտաբի պետ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ղեկավարությամբ այսօր տեղի ունեցած շտաբի նիստում քննարկվել են շրջափակման պայմաններում բնակչության կենսական կարիքների ապահովմանը վերաբերող մի շարք հրատապ հարցեր:
Նիստում ներկայացվել է կտրոնային համակարգի ներդրման գործընթացը: Նշվել է, որ առաջին անհրաժեշտության մի խումբ պարենային ապրանքների վաճառքի կտրոնների տրամադրման տեխնիկական և կազմակերպչական աշխատանքներն իրականացվել են ըստ սահմանված ժամանակացույցի: Այսօրվանից Ստեփանակերտի 200 և շրջանների 400 խանութներում սկսվել է հինգ ապրանքատեսակների կտրոններով վաճառքը: Անհրաժեշտ պարենային ապրանքները պետական պահուստից մատակարարվել են խանութներին: Զուգահեռ՝ Պետական եկամուտների, Պետական տեսչությունների կառավարման կոմիտեների կողմից իրականացվելու է գների և ընթացիկ իրավիճակի վերահսկողություն:
Պետնախարարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել գործընթացի պատասխանատուներին՝ այն սեղմ ժամկետներում սահուն կազմակերպելու համար և կարևորել է հետադարձ կապի պահպանումը ինչպես բնակչության, այնպես էլ մատակարարների և առևտրի կետերի հետ: Նա անհրաժեշտ է համարել առևտրի կետերին պարենային ապրանքների առավելագույնս համաչափ բաշխումը: Ի պատասխան տեղեկացվել է, որ մինչև շրջափակումը մատակարարների կողմից հանրապետությունում սպասարկվում էր 400 խանութ, մնացած խանութները վերավաճառք էին իրականացնում, մինչդեռ այժմ համաչափ բաշխում և գների միասնականություն ապահովելու նպատակով մատակարարների կողմից սպասարկվող խանութների թիվն ավելացվել է՝ հասնելով 600-ի:
Նիստի ընթացքում ներկայացվել է նաև հանրապետությունում էներգամատակարարման հետ կապված իրավիճակը: Զեկուցվել է, որ այն շարունակում է լարված մնալ: Հովհարային անջատումներով և գազամատակարարման բացակայությամբ պայմանավորված՝ համակարգում ավելացել է վթարների թիվը, ինչի հետևանքով ժամանակ առ ժամանակ նաև էներգամատակարարման գրաֆիկների խախտումներ են տեղի ունենում: Պետնախարարը հանձնարարել է առկա պայմաններում իրավիճակի կարգավորմանն ուղղված առաջարկություններ ներկայացնել:
Նա հանձնարարել է նաև ամփոփել բնակչության կենսագործունեության հետագա ապահովման, հումանիտար ճգնաժամի հաղթահարման ուղղությամբ առաջարկները՝ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քննարկմանը ներկայացնելու համար:
