ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի՝ մասնակի մոբիլիզացիայի մասին հրամանագիրը շարունակում է գործել, քանի որ այն նախատեսում է ոչ միայն անհրաժեշտ թվով քաղաքացիների զորակոչը, որն արդեն ավարտվել է։ Այս մասին երկուշաբթի լրագրողներին ասել է պետության ղեկավարի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը՝ պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե ինչու մոբիլիզացիայի մասին հրամանագիրը չի չեղարկվել, եթե այն ավարտվել է։

«Ինչ վերաբերում է մասնակի մոբիլիզացման կոչին, ապա այս գործընթացն ավարտված է: Եվ այստեղ առաջարկում եմ կենտրոնանալ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի խոսքերի և հայտարարությունների վրա: Բայց հրամանագիրը նախատեսում է նաև պաշտպանության նախարարության համար անհրաժեշտ այլ գործառույթներ», - ասել է Կրեմլի խոսնակը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ «մասնակի մոբիլիզացիայի շրջանակներում զորակոչն իրականացվել է մինչև զինված ուժերի կողմից հանձնարարված խնդիրների կատարման համար անհրաժեշտ սահմանված թվին հասնելը, այն հասցվել է, ինչի կապակցությամբ դադարեցվել, ավարտվել է քաղաքացիների զորակոչը մասնակի զորահավաքի շրջանակներում»։ Այնուհանդերձ, շարունակել է Պեսկովը, «բացի քաղաքացիների զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչից, մասնակի մոբիլիզացիան ներառում է նաև այլ միջոցներ, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են զինված ուժերի առաջադրանքները ապահովելու համար. դա կապված է զինվորականների կողմից պարտականությունների կատարման հետ» և այլն։ «Այդ մասով այն շարունակում է աշխատել»,- ասել է Կրեմլի ներկայացուցիչը։

Պեսկովը չի մանրամասնել համապատասխան դրույթները։ «Դա վերաբերում է նաև այդ փակ կետին (մոբիլիզացիայի մասին Պուտինի հրամանագրում կա տասը կետ, որից յոթերորդը թաքնված է «պաշտոնական օգտագործման համար» վերնագրի տակ - նշում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը) և այլն»,- ասել է նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղարը։
