Պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից պետությանը ավելի քան 49.000.000 դրամի չափով գույքային վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է դատարան։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Արցախի դատախազությունը։ ԱՀ դատախազության հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է․

«Դեռևս 08.10.2021թ. հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ ԱՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության ենթակայությամբ գործող պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպության տնօրենի կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունների չարաշահմամբ և պաշտոնական փաստաթղթերի կեղծմամբ ու օգտագործմամբ պետությանը առանձնապես խոշոր չափով գույքային վնասպատճառելու դեպքերի վերաբերյալ: Քրեական գործով իրականացված նախաքննության արդյունքներով հիմնավորվել է, որ հիշյալ կազմակերպության տնօրենը կատարել է ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 322-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված 15 հանցագործություն, 332-րդ հոդվածով՝ 16 հանցագործություն, 184-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով՝ 1 հանցագործություն: Հիշյալ արարքներով պետությանը պատճառված վնասը կազմել է 49.440.000 դրամ: Նախաքննական մարմնի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել հանցանք կատարած անձին որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, նրա նկատմամբ ընտրվել է անազատության մեջ պահելու հետ չկապված խափանման միջոց, մեղադրյալը ազատվել է զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից: Քրեական գործով որպես մեղադրյալ են ներգրավվել նաև հանցանքի կատարմանն հանցակցող անձինք: Գործի մինչդատական վարույթի օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազը քրեական գործը մեղադրական
եզրակացությամբ ուղարկել է դատարան՝ ըստ էության քննելու համար: Քրեական գործի դատաքննության արդյունքների վերաբերյալ կտրվի լրացուցիչ տեղեկություն»։
