Տարածքում կատարվել են տեխնիկական վիճակի վերաբերյալ ուսումնասիրություններ․ ՊԵԿ-ի պարզաբանումը

Պռոշյան համայնքում ՊԵԿ-ին ամրացված շինությունների հետ կապված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ ՊԵԿ-ը պարզաբանում է տարածել, որում ասվում է․
«Հաշվի առնելով Պռոշյան համայնքում ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեին ամրացված շենք-շինությունների հետ կապված իրավիճակը` ՀՀ ՊԵԿ-ն անհրաժեշտ է համարում հայտնել հետևյալ տեղեկությունները.
ՀՀ կառավարության 2022 թվականի մայիսի 5-ի թիվ 621-Ա որոշմամբ՝ ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի Պռոշյան համայնքի Գևորգ Չաուշի խճուղի թիվ 5 հասցեում գտնվող հողամասը, շենքերը և շինություններն ամրակցվել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեին՝ Երևանի ԱՏԳ կենտրոն կառուցելու նպատակով։ Նշված տարածքում նախաձեռնվել են նախագծման աշխատանքներ՝ հետագայում շինարարարությունը սկսելու նպատակով:
Նշված շենք-շինություններում եղել են հարևան համայնքի բնակիչներ, թե՛ մինչև ՊԵԿ-ին հանձնելը, թե՛ ՊԵԿ-ին հանձնելուց հետո․ ավելին ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից պարբերաբար աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել ապօրինի զբաղեցված տարածքն ազատելու համար:
Մասնավորապես, 2022 թվականի հուլիսի 6-ին ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից ստորագրված գույքի հանձնման-ընդունման ակտում արձանագրվել են ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ համատեղ իրականացված ակնադիտական ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքները, շինությունների արտաքին և ներքին վիճակը: Ուսումնասիրությունների ընթացքում շինության տարածքում նկատվել է մինչև 10 անձ, որոնց հետ ոստիկանության ներկայացուցիչները տարել են բացատրական աշխատանքներ` նրանց կողմից վայրը լքելու անհրաժեշտության վերաբերյալ: 2022 թվականի տարեվերջին տարածքում, սակայն, բնակվողների թիվը կտրուկ ավելացել է, ինչի մասին ՊԵԿ–ն անմիջապես տեղյակ է պահել իրավապահ մարմիններին:
Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հայտարարում է, որ տարածքում կատարվել են տեխնիկական վիճակի վերաբերյալ ուսումնասիրություններ, հիշյալ շենք-շինությունները 3-րդ աստիճանի վթարային են: Ավելին, տարիների ընթացքում շենքերի գույքը, ներառյալ` դուռ-պատուհանները գողացվել են և այնտեղ բնակվելը կարող է վտանագավոր լինել անձանց կյանքի և առողջության համար:
Միաժամանակ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ հիշյալ հասցեում ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն էլեկտրաէներգիայի բաժանորդ դեռևս չի հանդիսանում, հետևաբար՝ էլեկտրամատակարարման միացման կամ անջատման հետ կապված որևէ գործողություն չէր կարող իրականացնել և չի իրականացրել»:
