Հայաստանում ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության աշխատանքի առաջին չորս ամիսների համար հատկացվել է ավելի քան 8 միլիոն եվրո

Հայաստանում ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության (EUMA) կազմում Եվրամիության անդամ չհանդիսացող երրորդ պետությունների ներկայացուցիչներ կարող են ընդգրկվել: Այս մասին ասվում է Հայաստան նոր դիտորդական առաքելություն ուղարկելու Եվրոպական խորհրդի որոշման մեջ։
Նշվում է, որ «առանց ԵՄ-ի որոշումների կայացման ինքնավարությանը եւ նրա միասնական կազմակերպչական կառուցվածքին վնասելու, երրորդ պետությունները կարող են հրավիրվել՝ իրենց ներդրումն ունենալու առաքելության մեջ, պայմանով, որ նրանք կրեն իրենց կողմից գործուղված անձնակազմի ծախսերը, ներառյալ աշխատավարձերը, բոլոր ռիսկերի ապահովագրությունը, օրապահիկի եւ դեպի Հայաստան ու Հայաստանից ուղեւորության ծախսերը, եւ իրենց ներդրումն ունենան առաքելության ընթացիկ ծախսերում՝ կախված հանգամանքներից»:
Հաղորդվում է, որ առաքելությունը կազմված է հիմնականում անդամ պետությունների, ԵՄ հաստատությունների կամ Եվրոպական արտաքին գործողությունների ծառայության կողմից գործուղված աշխատակիցներից:
«Բացառիկ դեպքերում, պատշաճ կերպով հիմնավորված դեպքերում, երբ անդամ պետություններից չկան որակավորված թեկնածուներ, պայմանագրային հիմունքներով կարող են երրորդ պետությունների քաղաքացիներ աշխատանքի ընդունվել՝ կախված հանգամանքներից»:
