«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Այսօրվա իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները, որոնք նախկինում ընդդիմություն էին, անընդհատ շահարկում էին «երկիրը թալանելու» թեման: Ավելին՝ իշխանության գալուց հետո խոստանում էին թալանվածը հետ բերել: Բանակը թալանելու թեման ևս արդիական էր: Բայց այդ մեղադրանքների հեղինակ օրվա իշխանությունն այսօր օր օրի հարստանում է, հետ չի մնում թանկարժեք ու նաև ցուցադրական վայելքներից անգամ ողբերգությունների, Արցախի շրջափակման ու օրեցօր աղքատացող ՀՀ բնակչության ֆոնին: Տնտեսագետ Վարդան Բոստանջյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշել է, որ մեր այսօրվա տնտեսական, սոցիալական հարցերն ավելի լայն ու մեծ խնդրի ածանցյալն են:
Մինչ հիմնական սպառնալիքին անդրադառնալը, խոսելով իշխանությունների վայելքների մասին, նա շեշտեց. «Մեծ հաշվով, թալանում են երկիրը: Մանկուց մերժվածները, ծեծվածները, բակերում չընդունվածները չեն կշտանում: Մենք մեծ ողբերգության ականատես եղանք՝ այդքան երիտասարդ մահացավ, տեսանք նաև, թե ինչ վիճակ է բանակում, բայց ամոթից մեռնելու փոխարեն իրենք շարունակում են պահել իշխանությունը, երթևեկել իրենց թանկարժեք մեքենաներով, նաև պարգևավճարներ ստանալ»: Ինչ վերաբերում է ամենամեծ սպառնալիքին՝ նա նշեց, որ իշխանություններն ուզում են երկիրը թուրքական տեղամաս դարձնել. «Եթե ժողովուրդը շարունակի համակերպվել այս ընթացքին, կդադարի գոյություն ունենալ: Պետք է վեր կենալ ու շահերը պաշտպանել բոլոր ուղղություններով, հակառակ դեպքում կհասնենք մի վիճակի, երբ այլևս անիմաստ կլինի քննարկել սոցիալական, տնտեսական հարցերը»:
Իսկ տնտեսական այսօրվա աշխուժությունը, նրա խոսքով, առարկայական հիմքեր չունի, որևէ կապ չունի մեր պետական կառավարման համակագի հետ ու պայմանավորված է զուտ արտաքին գործոններով. «Օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների, նաև ֆինանսական հոսքերն են տնտեսության աշխուժություն ստեղծել, որը, սակայն, հավել յալ ու նոր արժեք չի ստեղծում»:
