Տևական ժամանակ շրջանառվող այն տեղեկություններն իբրև ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը արգելել և արգելում է դպրոցներում ռազմահայրենասիրական միջոցառումների անցկացումը ապատեղեկատվություն է և չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին նշեց ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը:
«Այս տարեսկզբից մենք ավելի քան 900 խմբակների ծրագրեր ենք հաստատել, երաշխավորել դպրոցներում, և դրանց զգալի մասը կրում է ռազմահայրենասիրական զինվորական պատրաստության բնույթ: Որևէ խոսք և որևէ ծրագիր ուղղված ռազմահայրենասիրական խմբակների, տարբեր դասընթացների դադարեցմանը կամ կասեցմանը ուղղակի չի եղել»,- ասաց նախարարը:
Նախարարը հավելեց, որ տեղեկատվությունը, որը միտումնավոր կեղծվել է, այն մասին էր, որ զինված բնույթ ունեցող կառույցները, զորամասները չտեղակայվեն դպրոցների, ուսումնական հաստատությունների շենքերում կամ դրանց կից:
«2017 թվականին մեր երկիրը միացել է անվտանգ դպրոցների հռչակագրին, որով սահմանված է հստակ նորմ: Բոլորս հասկանում ենք, որ տարբեր իրավիճակներում, երբ զինված բնույթի կառույցները տեղակայված են ուսումնական հաստատություններում, շենքերում կամ անմիջական հարևանությամբ, դառնում են թիրախ: Սրա նպատակը ուսումնական հաստատությունների անվտանգությունը բարձրացնելն է: Կան երկրներ, որոնցից է, օրինակ, Ադրբեջանը, զորամասերը տեղակայում են ուսումնական հաստատություններին կից, որպեսզի որևէ իրավիճակի պարագայում կարողանան մեղադրանքներ ուղղել»,- պարզաբանեց Անդրեասյանը:
Նախարարը նշեց, որ նորմի պահպանումը բխում է դպրոցների, մանկապարտեզների, ուսումնական հաստատությունների անվտանգությունն ապահովելու շահերից:
