Հրանտ Արծրունի Ղալթախչյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա, հանդիսանալով առևտրային կազմակերպության ծառայող՝ Հայբիզնեսբանկ ՓԲԸ-ի Իջևանի մասնաճյուղի կառավարիչ, համաձայնության գալով նույն բանկի ոսկերիչ Գարիկ Մալաքյանի հետ, 2020թ օգոստոսից մինչև 2021թ մարտի 9-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, թվով 7 վարկառուների՝ Հասմիկ Ստեփանյանի, Մայա Թանանյանի, Անահիտ Մադաթյանի, Արամայիս Միրզոյանի, Դավիթ Լալազարյանի, Արտուշ Ղուկասյանի և Մարիետա Ստեփանյանի անվամբ ընդհանուր 2.761.1 գրամ ընդհանուր քաշով 583 հարգի ոսկյա իրերի փոխարեն գրավադրել են ընդհանուր՝ 691.6 գրամ, որից 222.1 գրամը 583 հարգի ոսկյա, իսկ 468,9 գրամը այլ մետաղներից պատրաստված իրեր, որոնց քանակի և տեսակի վերաբերյալ Գարիկ Մալաքյանի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ պատրաստել են ակնհայտ կեղծ պայմանագրեր, որոնք օգտագործելով ստացել են ընդհանուր՝ 51.063.000 ՀՀ դրամ, ինչի արդյունքում Հայբիզնեսբանկ ՓԲԸ-ին պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափի՝ 51.063.000 ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնաս։
Հրանտ Ղալթախչյանին և Գարիկ Մալաքյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 277 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով եւ 457 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, բանկի նույն մասնաճյուղի գանձապահ՝ Ալլա Բեկնազարյանին՝ 46-277 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով։ Սույն դատավարությունը ընթանում է Տավուշի մարզի առաջին ատյանի դատարանի Իջեւանի նստավայրում։
