Եկել ենք խնդրելու, որ հրատապ միջամտեք, որպեսզի վերջ տրվի շարունակվող մարդասիրական աղետին։ Այս մասին Հաագայի դատարանում Հայաստանն ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի դատական լսումների ժամանակ ասաց Հայաստանի հայտը արդարացնող Լորենս Մարտինը։

«Նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 12-ից ի վեր ԼՂ հայազգի բնակչությունը գրեթե ամբողջովին կտրված է արտաքին աշխարհից։ Կհիմնավորեմ, թե ինչու Ադրբեջանի արդարացումներից ոչ մեկը վստահության արժանի չէ։ 50 օր առաջ՝ դեկտեմբերի 12-ի առավոտյան, ադրբեջանցիների մի խումբ, մարդիկ, ովքեր քաղաքացիական հագուստով էին և ներկայանում էին իբրև թե «էկոակտիվիստիներ», զբաղեցրեցին Գորիս-Ստեփանակերտ մայրուղու մի հատվածը, Շուշի քաղաքի մոտակայքում, քաղաք, որը Ղարաբաղյան 2-րդ պատերազմից ի վեր գտնվում է ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության ներքո։ Այդ, այսպես կոչված, «ակտիվիստները», բողոքի ակցիա են անում իբրև թե վնաս պատճառող լեռնաարդյունաբերական ձեռնարկության դեմ, արգելափակեցին տրանսպորտային միջոցների անցումը։ Դա վատ պատրվակ էր ու վատ հորինված պատմություն, ոչ ոք չհավատաց, որ ցուցարարներին իսկապես հուզում է շրջակա միջավայրը ԼՂ-ում։ Իրական ադրբեջանցի մի բնապահպան հենց այդ նույն շրջափակումը սկսելու օրը գրել էր, բառացի մեջբերում եմ «Պարզ է, որ Ղարաբաղում բնապահպան ակտիվիստների պատմությունը հորինված պատմություն է, մինչև օրս ես մեկ հոգու անգամ չեմ տեսել այնտեղ, որտեղ իսկապես կհոգային բնապահպանական հարցերի մասին։ Նրանք հատուկ թատրոնում դեր խաղացողներ են»։ Ադրբեջանական անկախ լրատվամիջոցներից մեկը ցուցարարներից մեկի հետ հարցազրույց էր անցկացրել ու շատ քչերն էին իրոք բնապահպանական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ։ Ընդ որում շատերը այնպիսի հկ-ների ներկայացուցիչներ են, որոնք կամ ֆինանսավորվում են ադրբեջանական կառավարության կողմից, կամ Հեյդար Ալիևի հիմնադրամի կողմից։ Սոցիալական ցանցերում բազմաթիվ են այսպես կոչված ցուցարարների լուսանկարները, ովքեր ռազմական համազգեստներով են նկարված, նրանց առաջնորդներից մեկը Ադրբեջանի բանակի հատուկ հետախուզական ծառայության սպա է։ Շրջափակումը սկսելուց 2 օր անց ԼՂ իշխանությունները պատասխանել են ցուցարարների պահանջներին՝ ասելով, որ թույլ կտան միջազգային դիտորներին ուսումանասիրել էկոհանքերը, բայց Ադրբեջանը չհամաձայնեց, 2 շաբաթ անց իշխանությունները դադարեցրին հանքային ձեռնարկության աշխատանքը, բայց շրջափակումը շարունակվում է՝ ի հեճուկս դրան»,- ասաց Լորենս Մարտինը։

Նա ընդգծեց, որ շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանությամբ «մտահոգ» ադրբեջանցիները ցույցեր չեն անում այնտեղ, որտեղ իսկապես կան բնապահպանական խնդիրներ, որոնք առաջացել են նավթի ու գազի շահագործումից։

«Նավթի ու գազի շահագործումը այդ երկրում աղետալի հետևանքներ է ունեցել, այդ թվում՝ Կասպից ծովում, բայց, չգիտես՝ ինչու, Գորիս-Ստեփանակերտ ճանապարհը միակ տեղն է, որտեղ «էկոակտիվիստները» որոշել են բողոքի ցույց անցկացնել»,- ասաց Ադրբեջանի դեմ Հայաստանի հայտը արդարացնող Լորենս Մարտինը։
