Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար, Օպերատիվ շտաբի պետ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հունվարի 29-ին Ստեփանակերտի տարբեր թաղամասերում հանդիպումներ է ունեցել  բնակչության հետ: 

Ինչպես անցած շաբաթվա ընթացքում համայնքներում, այնպես էլ Ստեփանակերտում հանրային հանդիպումների ընթացքում Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը խոսել է այն մարտահրավերների և խնդիրների մասին, որոնց պետությունն ու հասարակությունն առերեսվում են ադրբեջանական շրջափակման պատճառով:

Պետնախարարը ներկայացրել է Օպերատիվ շտաբի կողմից  ճգնաժամային իրավիճակում բնակչության  կենսագործունեության  ապահովման,  հրատապ խնդիրների լուծման, ճգնաժամի հետևանքների մեղմման, ինչպես նաև  ապաշրջափակման ուղղությամբ տարբեր ոլորտներում ու ասպարեզներում կատարվող աշխատանքները: Նա կարևոր է համարել այս բարդ ժամանակաշրջանում ժողովրդի հետ հետադարձ կապի պահպանումը, ամբողջական տեղեկատվության փոխանցումը, ինչը հանրությանը կօգնի ավելի լավ  հասկանալ իրավիճակն ու  համատեղ ջանքերով հաղթահարել այն: «Եթե մենք ուզում ենք, որ Ադրբեջանն Արցախը հայաթափելու իր ծրագրերում չհաջողի, մենք ունենք մեկ ճանապարհ՝ սեղմել ատամներն ու առաջ գնալ:  Ու դա կարող ենք անել միայն համախմբվելու միջոցով»,-ասել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը:

Պետնախարարը լսել  է ստեղծված իրավիճակի, ինչպես նաև  Օպերատիվ շտաբի կողմից իրականացվող աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ բնակչության կարծիքներն ու մոտեցումները,  պատասխանել նրանց հետաքրքրող  հարցերին:

Ինչպես համայնքներում, այնպես էլ Ստեփանակերտում հանդիպումների մասնակիցները վստահեցրել են, որ ոչ մի շրջափակում չի կարող կոտրել հայրենի հողում իրենց արժանապատիվ կյանքը շարունակելու հաստատակամությունը:
