Այս տարվա հունվարի 1-ից ուժի մեջ է մտել իրավաբանական անձանց քրեական պատասխանատվության ինստիտուտը, որը ՀՀ դատախազությանը իրավունք է տալիս ծանր մեղադրանք առաջադրել նաև իրավաբանական անձանց: Գործողության մեջ մտած դրույթներով Հայաստանի տարածքում գործող ընկերությունները կարող են դ ա տ ա պարտ վել ՀՀ Քրե ա կ ա ն օրենսգրքի հատուկ մասի բոլոր հոդվածներով, իսկ պատիժները, որ կարող է նշանակել դատարանը, բավականին ծանր են՝ նախորդ տարվա հասույթի մինչև 20 տոկոս տուգանքից մինչև ընկերության գործունեության հարկադիր դադարեցում:

Հաշվի առնելով հայկական ընկերությունների աշխատելաոճը, ներքին հակակոռուպցիոն և այլ բնույթի քաղաքականությունների բացակայությունը, ըստ փորձագետների, ծանր մեղադրանքներ կարող են առաջադրվել գրեթե բոլոր ընկերությունների նկատմամբ: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, առաջնային հարվածի տակ են հայտնվելու ռուսական կապիտալով գործող խոշոր ընկերությունները և իշխանության համար անցանկալ ի սեփականատերեր ունեցող խոշոր ընկերությունները:
