Արցախի պետական նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը «Զարթոնք մեդիա»-ին տված հարցազրույցում խոսել է Լաչինի միջանցքի ադրբեջանական խցանման հետևանքով ստեղծված ծանր հումանիտար իրավիճակի մասին։
Վարդանյանը կոչ է արել աշխարհասփյուռ հայությանը անտարբեր չլինել և ասել. «Մենք բոլորս պետք է անենք մեր բաժինը, հայ լինելու մեր պարտավորությունը»։ Նա ասաց. «Վստահ եմ, որ միասին մենք կարող ենք հաղթել, և մենք իսկապես կարող ենք հասնել այն ամենին, ինչ կարծում ենք, որ ճիշտ է մեզ համար: Մենք իրավունք կունենանք բնականոն կյանքով ապրելու սեփական հայրենիքում»։ Վարդանյանը նշել է նաև, որ Արցախը եզակի վայր է, որտեղ հազարավոր տարիներ շարունակ հայերը ապրել և թողնվել են եզակի պատմության, ժառանգության և հայ ազգի առանցքային ԴՆԹ-ն։
«Մենք բոլորս այժմ կանգնած ենք լուրջ մարտահրավերի առաջ. Ադրբեջանը մեզ արգելափակել է և թույլ չի տալիս նորմալ կյանքով ապրել։ Ես ուզում եմ բոլորիդ խնդրել, որ տարբեր չլինեք։ Դուք կարող եք օգնել մեզ, կարող եք օգնել մեզ, կարող եք լինել մեր մի մասը, քանի որ Արցախը միայն այստեղ ապրողների համար չէ։ Արցախը աշխարհի մի մասն է»,- ասել է պետնախարարը:
Նա նաև խնդրել է առաջին հերթին բարձրաձայնել խնդիրը. «Ավելի շատ ուշադրություն դարձրեք, թե ինչ է կատարվում Արցախում»: Երկրորդ հերթին Վարդանյանը կարծում է՝ իսկապես պետք է մեծ ճնշում գործադրել Ադրբեջանի, Ադրբեջանի պետության վրա՝ մեր երկիրը ապաշրջափակելու համար։
«Երրորդը, դուք կարող եք օգնել մեզ՝ անելով շատ բաներ՝ օգնելու մարդկանց նորմալ կյանք ունենալ: Մենք բոլորս պետք է անենք մեր բաժինը, հայ լինելու պարտավորությունը, լինել ոչ միայն ընտանիքի, այլև մեր ապագայի, մեր ազգի, մեր ժառանգության մասին հոգացող մարդ»: Պետնախարարը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ միասին մենք կարող ենք հաղթել և իսկապես կարող ենք հասնել նրան, ինչին ճիշտ ենք համարում: «Մենք իրավունք կունենանք բնականոն կյանքով ապրելու սեփական հայրենիքում»,- նշել է նա։
