Քաղաքացին դիմել է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմ` խնդրելով պաշտպանի աջակցությունը։  Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ՄԻՊ ֆեյսբուքյան էջից։

Քաղաքացին հայտնել է, որ Ջերմուկի սարերում ունեցել է 370 գլուխ մանր եղջերավոր անասուն, սակայն 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 13-14-ը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վրա ադրբեջանական զինված հարձակման հետևանքով թշնամին առաջխաղացում է ունեցել հիշյալ տեղանքում, որի պատճառով ինքը հազիվ կարողացել է փախչել՝ թշնամու թիկունքում թողնելով 370 գլուխ մանր եղջերավոր անասուն, ձի և անասնապահական գույք, որը հափշտակվել է հակառակորդի կողմից։

Փոխհատուցում ստանալու համար դիմել է տարբեր պետական մարմինների, սակայն արդյունքի չի հասել:

Բողոք ներկայացրած անձը խնդրել է Պաշտպանի աջակցությունը՝ 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 13-14-ը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վրա ադրբեջանական զինված հարձակման հետևանքով կորցրած անասունների դիմաց փոխհատուցում տրամադրելու կամ նյութական աջակցություն ստանալու հարցում:

ՄԻՊ-ը հարցի կապակցությամբ դիմել է ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարություն, որից հետո քաղաքացու դիմումը քննարկվել է Սյունիքի մարզպետարանում։ Այնտեղից տեղեկացրել են Պաշտպանին, որ սահմանային և արտակարգ իրավիճակներով պայմանավորված՝ նմանատպ դիմումներով ներկայացված խնդիրները քննարկվել, մարզպետի հանձնարարությամբ ուսումնասիրվել և վերցվել են հաշվառման:

Այնուհետև քաղաքացին հեռախոսազանգի միջոցով տեղեկացրել է Պաշտպանին, որ հարցը ՄԻՊ-ի աջակցությամբ ստացել է դրական լուծում. կորցրած անասունների դիմաց 2023 թվականի հունվարի 4-ին ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզպետարանի կողմից քաղաքացուն տրամադրվել է փոխհատուցում:
