Արցախի ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը պարբերաբար հետևում է սոցիալական ցանցերի արցախյան տիրույթում շրջանառվող՝ կոնկրետ կամ վերացական հանցավոր դեպքերի վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններին՝ փորձելով պարզել դրանց՝ իրականության համապատասխանությունը, հեղինակներին, հետապնդվող նպատակները: Այդ մասին ասված է Արցախի ԱԱԾ Ֆեյսբուքի էջում:
 
«Հերթական ուսումնասիրության շրջանակում պարզվել է, որ ֆեյսբուքյան Artur Baghdasaryan անվանումը կրող էջը, որը պարբերաբար հայտարարություններ է տարածում այս կամ այն պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից կատարվող ենթադրյալ հանցավոր արարքների վերաբերյալ, ներկայացված է կեղծանվամբ ու օգտագործվում է պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից:
 
Տվյալ պաշտոնատար անձը հրավիրվել է Արցախի ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն, ով ընդունել է, որ հիշյալ ֆեյսբուքյան էջն օգտագործվում է իր կողմից, էջում տարբեր մարդկանց վերագրվող գործողությունների մասին հայտարարությունները իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում, այդ գրառումները կատարվել են անձնական նպատակներով:
 
Սոցիալական ցանցերը այսօր լայն տարածում ունեն հանրության շրջանում, և դրանցում արվող հայտարարությունները բավականին մեծ ազդեցություն ունեն հանրային կարծիքի ձևավորման վրա, ունակ են պետական մարմինների ու պաշտոնատար անձանց հանդեպ ձևավորելու արհեստական տրամադրություններ, վնաս հասցնելու Արցախի Հանրապետության շահերին:
 
Հետևաբար կոչ ենք անում զերծ մնալ հանրային տրամադրություններն ու կարծիքները խեղաթյուրելու, անձնական, խմբային կամ այլ շահերից ելնելով ցանկալի գնահատականներ հնչեցնելու կամ տրամադրություններ ձևավորելու, հանրության մեջ ներքին պառակտում մտցնելու համար ապատեղեկատվություն տարածելու փորձերից, մնալ բարոյականության դաշտում՝ այդպիսով Արցախի ու արցախցիների շահերը պաշտպանելով արտաքին վտանգներից, հասարակությանը զերծ պահելով ներքին պառակտումից:
 
Արցախի ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը շարունակելու է այս ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքները, որոնք միտված են բացառապես Արցախի Հանրապետության ներքին ու արտաքին անվտանգությունն ապահովելուն»,- նշված է գրառման մեջ:
