Արցախ մտնող միակ գազատար խողովակի աշխատանքը Ադրբեջանի կողմից հաճախակի խափանելու և էլեկտրամատակարարման հովհարային անջատումների պատճառով Արցախի մի շարք դպրոցներում ստիպված կրճատվել է դասաժամի տևողությունը՝ դառնալով 35 րոպե, ինչը բացասաբար է անդրադառնում կրթության որակի վրա: Այս մասին ասված է Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբի տեղեկագրում:

Չնայած ջեռուցմանը, հոսանքի հովհարային անջատումներով պայմանավորված՝ դասասենյակներում ջերմաստիճանը նորմայից ցածր է մնում, այդ պատճառով երեխաները նստում են վերարկուներով։ Այս ամենի հետ մեկտեղ, պարենի սղության պատճառով երեխաները չեն կարողանում սնվել դպրոցական ճաշարաններում։

Արցախը սնուցող բարձրավոլտ Էլեկտրահաղորդման գծի վթարը հնարավոր է վերականգնել ժամերի ընթացքում, սակայն ադրբեջանական կողմը խոչընդոտում է. «Արցախէներգո»-ի տնօրեն:

Ըստ Անդրանիկ Խաչատրյանի՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ արդեն մոտ մեկ ամիս է՝ ադրբեջանցիները հնարավորություն չեն տալիս վթարավերականգնողական աշխատանքներ իրականացնել, դա հիմք է տալիս կասկածելու, որ արհեստական միջամտություն է եղել: Ընդ որում, վթարը բարդ հետևանքներ չի ունեցել և այն կարելի է վերականգնել ժամերի ընթացքում։ Այս պահին էլեկտրաէներգիայի սպառումն ապահովվում է Սարսանգի ՀԷԿ–ի հաշվին, բայց դրա հնարավորությունները սահմանափակ են, և եթե ստեղծված իրավիճակը պահպանվի, լուրջ հետևանքներ են լինելու։

Չի բացառվում, որ առաջիկայում ստիպված վերանայվի հովհարային անջատումների ժամանակացույցը՝ կախված է ջրի պաշարներից ու մասնագետների հաշվարկներից:

Հովհարային անջատումները բացասական ազդեցություն են ունենում տնտեսության վրա։ Անջատվել են խոշոր ընկերությունների էլեկտրամատակարարումը՝ բեռի թեթևացման պատճառով:

Հովհարային անջատումներից բացի, օդային գծերի գերծանրաբեռնված լինելու հետևանքով առաջացած վթարների պատճառով որոշ ժամերի մարդիկ կրկին հոսանք չեն ունենում: Ձմռան ցուրտ պայմաններում համարյա 2,5-3 անգամ ծանրաբեռնվածությունն ավելանում է:

Էլեկտրաէներգիայի ունեցած սահմանափակ ռեսուրսների պատճառով հիվանդանոցների, գիշերօթիկ հաստատությունների, տարեցների խնամքի և նման այլ հաստատությունների բնականոն աշխատանքի ապահովումը նույնպես մեծ դժվարությամբ է իրականացվում: Ձեռնարկվում են այլընտրանքային միջոցներ՝ սոցիալապես խոցելի խմբերի կենսական նվազագույն պայմանները ապահովելու համար:
