Ինքնիշխանություն և միջանցք
«Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանություն» ձևակերպումը իշխանությունը դարձնում է իր նոր բրենդը, ինչը «Արցախը Հայաստան է և վերջ»-ի նման բերելու է նոր աղետի։ Սրան պետք է շատ լուրջ վերաբերվել, որովհետև դա գալիք աղետի արդարացման նարատիվն է։
Գործող իշխանության տրամաբանությամբ՝ Ուկրաինան, Սիրիան փայլուն ինքնիշխան պետություններ են։ Մենք դրան ենք գնում։ Նիկոլը Հայաստանը սարքել է Ռուսաստան-Արևմուտք սուր հակամարտության 29 800 կմ մարտադաշտ։ Որպես զուգահեռ բրենդ՝ շրջանառվում է միջանցքի նարատիվը՝ ժողովրդին պատրաստելով սուրբ նահատակության։ Եվ ոչ ոք հարց չի տալիս՝ ի՞նչ ասել է միջանցք, ի՞նչ լուծումներ կան, ի՞նչ տարբերակներ, կարո՞ղ է Հայաստանը ունենալ դրանից շահ, ո՞րը կարող է լինել մեր այսօրվա անայլընտրանք դիրքորոշման գինը։ Նիկոլը միջանցքը սարքել է իբր վերջին «վիրտուալ խրամատ», որտեղ ինքն իբր կենաց ու մահու կռիվ է տալիս։
Մեր ժողովուրդն այսօր գտնվում է գաղափարական դիվերսիայի թակարդում, ու նույնիսկ կրթված շերտերն են վիրտուալ «միջանցք»-ի ու «Միութենական պետության» դարդն անում։
Շրջափակված իրական Արցախը, հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների իրական վատացումը, նոր պատերազմի ու իրական նոր զոհերի իրական վտանգը ստորադասվում է տեսական միջանցքին (որը կարող է լինել ընդամենը սովորական ճանապարհ), և գոյություն չունեցող «Միութենական պետության» գաղափարներին։
Նման բան հնարավոր է միայն առաջնորդության սուր ճգնաժամի դեպքում, երբ
հասարակությանը չի ասվում այլ բան և ցույց չի տրվում այլ ճանապարհ։ Իներցիոն կամ բացակա լիդերություն չի լինում։ Ոչ ոք չի ներկայացնում այս ժողովրդին իրականությունը և չի ասում հնարավոր լուծումները։
Իշխանությունն ասում է՝ չենք կարող ապահովել ո´չ Արցախի, ո´չ Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը, իսկ ռուսական ներկայությունը սպառնալիք է։ Ու մի ողջ հասարակություն սա լսում է՝ հորթի հնազանդությամբ սպասելով իր մորթվելուն։
Հետևություն. Հայաստանին պետք է նոր իշխանություն՝ անվտանգային նոր լուծումներով և պետության նոր տեսլականով։ Չի բացառվում, որ դրա ճանապարհին առաջին պարտադիր քայլը առկա ընդդիմադիր ձևաչափերի պաշտոնական լուծարումն է՝ ՆՈՐ-ի հնարավորության համար։ Սա շատ կարևոր է՝ այսօր առկա ձևաչափերի բազմաթիվ գրագետ գործիչների՝ ճիշտ ձևաչափերում արդյունավետ աշխատելու, հանրային լայն կոնսոլիդացիայի, պետությանը նոր բովանդակություն հաղորդելու և հասարակությանը նոր առաջարկներ տալու համար։
