InfoPort.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ երեկ բերման ենթարկված, ապա կալանավորված «օրենքով գողը» «Հոկտեմբերյանցի Կարեն» մականունով հայտնի Գևորգ Իսրայելյանն է։

Հիշեցնենք՝ Քննչական կոմիտեն երեկ հաղորդել էր, նա ունենալով «քրեական հեղինակության»՝ քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ, ստանձնել է քաղաքացուն պարտք մնացած գումարի վերադարձման հարցի լուծումը: Նա քաղաքացուն վստահեցրել է, որ իր անօրինական ազդեցությունն օգտագործելու միջոցով կստիպի պարտապանին 12.900 ԱՄՆ դոլարը վերադարձնել մասնաբաժիններով:

Իրավապահները բացահայտել են նաև մեկ այլ գումարի շորթման դեպք: Ըստ որի՝ նա, պահպանելով, իր քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակը, 2.300.000 դրամ պարտք եղած գումարը չվճարելու վերաբերյալ առաջացած վեճը իրեն դիմած 53-ամյա տղամարդու օգտին լուծելու համար, նախորդ տարվա հոկտեմբերի 25-ից սկսած զանգահարել է պարտապանին և պահանջել վերադարձնել պարտք եղած գումարը: Պարտապանի կողմից տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով գումարի վերադարձը հետաձգելու վերաբերյալ վերջինիս և Գ.Ի.-ի միջև տեղի ունեցած խոսակցությունների ընթացքում վերջինս պարբերաբար սպառնացել է պարտապանին իր հեղինակությունն ու հնարավորություններն օգտագործելով բռնություն գործադրել նրա նկատմամբ, որի արդյունքում վերջինս նախորդ տարվա նոյեմբերի 12-ին վերադարձրել է պարտք եղած գումարից 400.000 ՀՀ դրամ, իսկ նոյեմբերի 17-ին՝ 900.000 ՀՀ դրամ, որը, սակայն, Գ. Ի.-ն չի փոխանցել գումարի իրական պարտատիրոջը և որպես անօրինական օգուտ տնօրինել է անձամբ:

Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ 322-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով` քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ տալու կամ ստանալու կամ պահպանելու համար։
