Կոտայքի մարզում մերկասառույցի պատճառով վրաերթի են ենթարկվել ծառայություն կատարող պարեկները

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ փետրվարի 3-ին ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության կոլեգիայի ընդլայնված նիստի ժամանակ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության պետ, Ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Արամ Հովաննիսյանը Ոստիկանության ղեկավար կազմին հայտնել է ՀՀ ՆԳ նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Վահե Ղազարյանի հանձնարարականը, որը կապված է եղել վերջին օրերին հանրապետությունում տեղացած առատ ձյան հետևանքով առաջացած ճանապարհների մերկասառույց լինելու հետևանքով ուժեղացված ծառայության հետ։
Պարեկային ծառայության աշխատանքների վերահսկողությունը դրվել է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային Ծառայության պետ, Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Ումրշատյանի, Սյունիքի, Վայոց Ձորի, Արարատի մարզերում՝ ՀՀ ՃՈ պետ, Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Եգոր Կարապետյանի, իսկ մայրաքաղաքում՝ ՊԾ Երևանի գնդի հրամանատար, Ոստիիկանության փոխգնդապետ Անդրանիկ Իսախանյանի վրա։
Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 5-ին, ճանապարհի մերկասառույցի պատճառով վրաերթի են ենթարկվել ծառայություն կատարող պարեկները։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամը 12։00-ի սահմաններում Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ՝ 35-ամյա Վահե Ս-ն իր վարած Opel Astra մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի՝ Չայնիի ոլորանների սկզբնամասում ճանապարհի մերկասառույցի պաճառով չի կարողացել կառավարել ավտոմեքենան և վրաերթի է ենթարկել նշված հատվածում ծառայություն կատարող ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Պարեկային ծառայության Կոտայքի գումարտակի ավագ պարեկ Արթուր Գրիգորյանին և կրտսեր պարեկ Յուրիկ Խաչատրյանին։
Վարորդը փախուստի չի դիմել, օգնել է օպերատիվորեն ժամանած «Աբովյան» ԲԿ-ի բժիշկներին, որպեսզի վրաերթի ենթարկվածներին տեղափոխեն «Աբովյան» ԲԿ։
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության ՊԾ Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արտյոմ Սահակյանի, գումարտակի ավագ տեսուչ Արտակ Ասատրյանի և վաշտի հրամանատար Դավիթ Հովհաննիսյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Տեղում վրաերթի ենթարկված պարեկների աշխատանքը շարունակել են նույն վաշտի պարեկ Նարեկ Հովսեփյանը, կրտսեր պարեկներ Ստեփան Կոյումջյանը և Կարեն Սախոյանը, քանի որ վաղ առավոտվանից նշված հատվածում ճանապարհի մերկասառույցը մի իսկական պատուհաս է դարձել վարորդների համար։ Ճանապարհը սպասարկող ճանշինականները ոչ մի աշխատանք չեն կատարել ճանապարհի մերկասառույցը վերացնելու, ճանապարհը աղ ու ավազով մշակելու ուղղությամբ, ու Կոտայքի գումարտակի պարեկները գումարտակի հրամանատար Ա. Սահակյանի, ավագ տեսուչ Ա. Ասատրյանի և 2-ր վաշտի հրամանատար Դ. Հովհաննիսյանի գլխավորությամբ ուժեղացված ծառայություն են կատարել իրենց հսկողության տակ գտնվող
ճանապարհահատվածում, ինչի շնորհիվ էլ կանխվել են բազմաթիվ վթարներ, ուր նշված վայրում ծառայություն կատարելիս պարեկները վրաերթի են ենթարկվում։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի և Ոստիկանության Բյուրեղավանի բաժանմունքի հերթապահ խմբերը։
Վրաերթի մասին Կոտայքի գումարտակից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։
Վրաերթի փաստով քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է վարույթ։
Opel-ի վարորդը ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության. նա եղել է սթափ։
