ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը հայտարարել է, որ իր իրաքցի գործընկեր Ֆուադ Հուսեյնի հետ բանակցություններում նա նշել է այն փաստերը, որ Արևմուտքը Ուկրաինային նախապատրաստում է Ռուսաստանի հետ հիբրիդային պատերազմի, և Կիևին զինելու համար անհրաժեշտ են մինսկյան համաձայնագրեր, գրում է Ռիա Նովոստին։
«Մենք նախարարի խնդրանքով՝ մեկնաբանեցինք այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում Ուկրաինայի շուրջ, որին Արևմուտքը երկար տարիներ նախապատրաստում էր, ըստ էության, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դեմ հիբրիդային պատերազմի, բերեցինք կոնկրետ օրինակներ, որոնք հաստատում են, որ նպատակը Մինսկի համաձայնագրերը խափանելն է, և Ուկրաինան և Արևմուտքը հրապարակայնորեն ընդունեցին բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր ստորագրել էին դրանք՝ բացառությամբ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի: Այստեղ մենք ներկայացրել ենք փաստեր, որոնք վկայում են, որ նպատակը այդ համաձայնագրերի խաթարումն է և Ուկրաինային Ռուսաստանի դեմ զինելու պայմաններ ստեղծելը, ինչպես նաև ուկրաինական պետության ռուս և ռուսալեզու բնակչության իրավունքները ոչնչացնելն է»,- ասել է Լավրովը Իրաքի արտգործնախարարի հետ բանակցություններից հետո։
