Ռոզա Ծառուկյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել. «Որդուս երեկվա հայտարարությունից հետո (շրջափակման պայմաններում Արցախում ծնված երեխաներին աջակցելու մասին) ես ստացել եմ բազմաթիվ զանգեր, ծանոթ-անծանթ մարդկանցից շնորհակալության, բարի խոսքեր։ Ես ինքս բոլորին ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել ու կիսվել իմ ապրումներով։
Ես ապրել ու մեծացել եմ Խորհրդային Միությունում, ու մենք շատ լավ գիտեինք Հայրենական Մեծ պատերազմի ժամանակ Լենինգրադի բլոկադայի մասին։ Գուցե ավելի երիտասարդ սերունդը լավ չգիտի մանրամասները, բայց դա մեծագույն աղետ էր, մեծագույն ողբերգություն։ Նույնիսկ այդ պայմաններում կազմվել են ընտանիքներ, ծնվել են երեխաներ։ Թիվը լավ չեմ հիշում, բայց խոսքը հազարների մասին էր։
Հիմա 21-րդ դարում մեր փոքր Արցախն է շրջափակման մեջ ու ամբողջ աշխարհի առաջ հերոսական պայքարի է։ Արցախում այսօր ծնվող ամեն երեխա Աստծո պարգևն է, Աստծո ուղերձը մեզ ու աշխարհին։
Գագիկիս նվիրած խաչերը թող պահապան լինեն երեխաներին՝ այս դժվար պայմաններում ու ողջ կյանքում։ Վստահ եմ, որ այդպես էլ լինելու է. անկեղծ սրտով նվիրած խաչը միշտ հաջողություն է բերում։
Շրջափակման մեջ ծնված 215 հրաշք, 215 հույս։ Իմ կոչը Արցախի ու Հայաստանի բոլոր ընտանիքներին՝ ունեցեք շատ երեխաներ։ Մենք կհաղթենք այդպես։
