«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդը պետք է դադարեցնի Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Արցախն ի սկզբանե պատկանել է Հայաստանին և միշտ բնակեցված է եղել հիմնականում հայերով։ Այս մասին The Independent-ի հոդվածում գրել է միջազգային իրավունքի մասնագետ Ջեֆրի Ռոբերտսոնը։ «Ռուսաստանը, Մեծ Բրիտանիան, Միացյալ Նահանգները, Ֆրանսիան և Չինաստանը, որոնք ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի մշտական անդամներն են, կարող են կանգնեցնել ավտորիտար Ադրբեջանին, որը շրջափակել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը 120 հազար մարդու սովամահ անելու համար»,նշել է Ռոբերտսոնը։

Նրա խոսքով, շրջափակումը հանցագործություն է մարդկության դեմ և հակասում է մի շարք օրենքների, սակայն արդեն երկու ամիս է, ինչ Բաքուն փակել է Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս ճանապարհը, որը կենսականորեն կարևոր օղակ է Արցախի հայությանը օրական 400 տոննա առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքներ մատակարարելու համար: «Իհարկե, օդային տրանսպորտն ավելի արագ կլիներ, սակայն Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը սպառնացել է խոցել ցանկացած մարդատար կամ բեռնատար ինքնաթիռ, որը կփորձի վայրէջք կատարել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտում։ Երկիրը Ադրբեջանի և պատմության գերին է: Այն ի սկզբանե պատկանել է Հայաստանին և միշտ բնակեցված է եղել հիմնականում հայերով, որոնք հայտնի են իրենց վաղ քրիստոնեական եկեղեցիներով և յուրահատուկ գորգերով։

19-րդ դարում այն օկուպացվել է Ռուսաստանի կողմից, իսկ 1921 թվականին Ստալինը կամայականորեն և սխալմամբ այդ քրիստոնեական անկլավը որպես ինքնավար մարզ ներառել է մահմեդական Ադրբեջանի կազմում։ Խորհրդային Միության փլուզումից հետո Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովուրդը պահանջեց անկախություն և պատերազմ մղեց դրան հասնելու համար»,- գրվել է հոդվածում։ Ռոբերտսոնը հիշեցրել է, որ հաղթանակից հետո հայերն ապրել են հարաբերական խաղաղության մեջ մինչև 2020 թվականը, երբ Բաքվի ռեժիմը հարձակվեց նրանց վրա։ Նա անդրադարձել է նաև 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությանը: «Հայտարարությունը երաշխավորված էր Ռուսաստանի կողմից։ Նա 2000 «խաղաղապահների» է ուղարկել միջանցքը վերահսկելու համար, բայց նրանք չեն կարողանում կամ գուցե չեն ցանկանում ցրել միջանցքը շրջափակող ինքնահռչակ «էկոակտիվիստներին», որոնք խրախուսվում են Ադրբեջանի կառավարության կողմից, որը սովորաբար արգելում է ցույցերը և բանտարկում ցուցարարներին»,– գրել է հոդվածի հեղինակը։

Փորձագետը նշել է, որ «ցուցարարներից» շատերն ունեն դաջվածքներ, որոնք ապացուցում են նրանց պատկանելությունը «Գորշ գայլերին»։ Ընդգծվել է, որ «ցուցարարներին» խրախուսում է բռնապետ Իլհամ Ալիևը։ Հեղինակը ուշադրություն է հրավիրել նաև դեկտեմբերի 20-ին տեղի ունեցած ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստի և անդամների պահանջների վրա։ Հոդվածում նշվում է, որ ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը միայն ուշացումով է կապվել Բաքվի իր գործընկերոջ հետ և հորդորել նրան ցրել ցույցը։ Ամփոփելով՝ Ռոբերտսոնը եզրակացրել է, որ ուկրաինական իրադարձություններից հետո Ռուսաստանը կորցրել է իր ազդեցությունն Անդրկովկասում։
