POLITICSԱրցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ղեկավարությամբ այսօր տեղի է ունեցել աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն՝ պետական մարմինների ղեկավար կազմի մասնակցությամբ:
Ներկայացնելով ընթացիկ իրավիճակը՝ պետնախարարը նշել է, որ արդեն երկու ամսից ավելի Ադրբեջանի կողմից շարունակվում է Արցախի շրջափակումը՝ ծանր հետևանքներ ունենալով թե՛ տնտեսության, թե՛ հասարակական կյանքի բոլոր մյուս ոլորտների համար: «Չնայած մարտահրավերները խորքային են՝ հասարակությունն արժանապատվորեն է արձագանքում դրանց: Մենք անընդհատ շփվում ենք բնակչության տարբեր խմբերի հետ, Արցախում իսկապես շատ մեծ ուժ կա, որը դրսում տեսանելի չէ։ Այս ներքին ուժը մեզ անհրաժեշտ է դժվարությունները միասին հաղթահարելու համար։ Շատ գործ կա անելու։ Այն աշխատանքները, որոնք սկսել ենք, կշարունակվեն ավելի ակտիվ։ Վստահ եմ, որ մեր առջև ծառացած բոլոր խնդիրները լուծելի են»,- ասել է պետնախարարը:
Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում պետական մարմինների ղեկավարները ներկայացրել են իրենց ոլորտներում ընթացիկ իրավիճակը, քննարկվել են մի շարք հրատապ հարցեր:
Սոցիալական զարգացման և միգրացիայի նախարար Արմեն Մանգասարյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ փետրվարի 21-ից նախատեսվում է ընդլայնել կտրոնով տրամադրվող առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների ցանկը: Ներկայումս այդ ուղղությամբ կազմակերպչական և տեխնիկական աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում: Այս համատեքստում պետնախարարը հանձնարարել է ամփոփել մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում կտրոնային համակարգի ներդրման հետ կապված իրավիճակը՝ համապատասխան վերլուծություններ կատարելու և, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, գործընթացում շտկումներ անելու համար:
Տեղեկություններ են ներկայացվել նաև շրջափակման տնտեսական և սոցիալական հետևանքների մեղմմանն ուղղված աջակցության միջոցառումների ընթացքի վերաբերյալ: Նշվել է, որ սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագրերը շուտով կմեկնարկեն, ինչ վերաբերում է տնտեսական աջակցության ծրագրին, ապա դիմումների ընդունման գործընթացն արդեն սկսվել է: Զուգահեռաբար աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում նաև շրջափակման հետևանքների մեղմմանն ուղղված հաջորդ փուլի միջոցառումների մշակման ուղղությամբ:
Անդրադարձել է եղել նաև գարնան գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների նախապատրաստման հարցերին: Գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Հրանտ Սաֆարյանը տեղեկություններ է ներկայացրել սերմացուի և դիզվառելիքի ապահովման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվող աշխատանքների մասին:
Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև կրթության, առողջապահության, ենթակառուցվածքների և մի շարք այլ ոլորտներին վերաբերող հրատապ հարցեր:
