Ա.Ս.-ն, 2017-2022 թվականներին հանդիսանալով ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության «Ջրառ» ՓԲ ընկերության հաշվապահ, հափշտակել է Ընկերության ֆինանսական միջոցները։
Դատախազությունից հայտնում են, որ 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 21-ին Դատախազությունը Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին է ուղարկել ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության կողմից իրականացված ստուգման արդյունքները՝ քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնելու հարցը լուծելու նպատակով:
Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում ձեռք են բերվել տվյալներ այն մասին, որ «Ջրառ» ՓԲ ընկերության գլխավոր հաշվապահ Ա.Ս.-ն հափշտակել է իրեն վստահված՝ «Ջրառ» ՓԲ ընկերությանը պատկանող առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 254 մլն 66 հազար 540 դրամը: Մասնավորապես, բանկային հաշիվների ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ «Ջրառ» ՓԲ ընկերության գլխավոր հաշվապահ Ա.Ս.-ն, պաշտոնեական լիազորություններն իրականացնելիս, հնարավորություն է ունեցել միանձնյա տնօրինելու «Ջրառ» ՓԲ ընկերության բանկային հաշվեհամարները: Որպես պետական բյուջեի նկատմամբ հարկային պարտավորությունների մարում՝ 2017 թվականից մինչև 2022 թվականը Ընկերությանը պատկանող հաշվեհամարից իր անձնական հաշվեհամարներին կատարել է փոխանցումներ՝ այդ կերպ հափշտակելով 254 մլն 66 հազար 540 դրամը:
2022 թվականի հունվարի 26-ին հսկող դատախազի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել Ա.Ս.-ի նկատմամբ հարուցել հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 256-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (վստահված գույքը հափշտակելը):
Ա.Ս.-ի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել բացակայության արգելքը և պաշտոնավարման կասեցումը։
