Եղեգնաձոր համայնքի երկու բնակչի առողջությանը ծանր և միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում կատարվում են քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ՝ Եղեգնաձոր համայնքի երկու բնակչի առողջությանը ծանր և միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
2023թ․ փետրվարի 11-ին՝ ժամը 23։40-ին, «Եղեգնաձոր» Բ/Կ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Եղեգնաձոր համայնքի 33-ամյա բնակիչը՝ «ձախ ազդրի վերին երրորդականի ծակած-կտրած վերք» և վերջինիս 32-ամյա ազգականը՝ «որովայնի խոռոչը թափանցող, ծակած-կտրած վերք» ախտորոշումներվ, տեղափոխվել են նշված բժշկական կենտրոն:
Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ․ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 167-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է դեպքի վայրը, որի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր, պարզվել են նաև դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, ինչպես նաև ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով նույն համայնքի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 1985թ.:
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2023թ․ փետրվարի 11-ին Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքի Միկոյան փողոցում գործող մթերային խանութում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունը կատարած 38-ամյա տղամարդու և 32-ամյա տղամարդու միջև, որից հետո վերջիններս՝ յուրաքանչյուրն իրենց ընկերների և ազգականների հետ, ուղևորվել են Երևան-Մեղրի միջպետական ավտոճանապարհի 126-րդ կմ հատվածից դեպի աջ գտնվող ամայի տարածք: Այնտեղ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ընթացքում 38-ամյա տղամարդը սուր կտրող-ծակող գործիքով հարվածել և մարմնական վնասվածքներ է պատճառել Եղեգնաձոր համայնքի 32 և 33-ամյա բնակիչներին, այնուհետև «Լեքսուս» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով դիմել է փախուստի։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են առգրավումներ, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ, հետաքննության մարմնին տրվել են հանձնարարություններ՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձին (անձանց), ինչպես նաև հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող կտրող-ծակող առարկան հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին ներկայացնելու նպատակով։
