ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարը Սիրիայի ԱԳ նախարարի հետ քննարկել է երկու նոր անցակետերով օգնության առաքման հարցը

ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիո Գուտերեշը փետրվարի 15-ին ողջունել է Դամասկոսի համաձայնությունը՝ բացելու երկու լրացուցիչ անցակետեր՝ Սիրիայի կառավարության կողմից չվերահսկվող տարածքներ մարդասիրական օգնություն հասցնելու համար: Այդ մասին «Արմենպրես»-ը տեղեկանում Է ТАСС գործակալությունից:

Գուտերեշը հեռախոսով բանակցություններ Է վարել Սիրիայի արտգործնախարար Ֆեյսալ Միքդադի հետ։

«Քննարկվել է Սիրիայի հյուսիսում գտնվող «Բաբ էս-Սալամ» և «Էր-Ռայի» անցակետերով տուժած բնակչության համար մարդասիրական բեռների առաքման հարցը», - ասված է Արաբական Հանրապետության արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության հայտարարության մեջ, որը մեջբերում է SANA գործակալությունը։

Ըստ հայտարարության՝ Գուտերեշը նախարարին տեղեկացրել է «ՄԱԿ-ի կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցների մասին՝ տարերքի հարվածից տուժած սիրիացիներին աջակցելու համար անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսավորում հավաքագրելու նպատակով»։

Իր հերթին Միքդադը երախտագիտություն է հայտնել ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարին «Սիրիայի պետությանն աջակցելու  անձնական ջանքերի համար և հաստատել կառավարության ձգտումն՝ օգնելու տուժածներին երկրի ամբողջ տարածքում»։

«Երկրաշարժն ավելի ավերիչ հետևանքներ ունեցավ այն պատճառով, որ այն տեղի ունեցավ ահաբեկչության դեմ 12 տարվա պատերազմից և ավազակային կազմավորումների քայքայիչ  գործողություններից հետո», - ասել է Միքդադը։

Բացի դրանից, նրա խոսքով՝ վերակառուցման գործընթացին և տնտեսական ներուժի վերականգնմանը խոչընդոտել են Արևմուտքի միակողմանի հարկադրական պատժամիջոցները։ Փետրվարի 14-ին Գուտերեշը հայտարարել Էր ՄԱԿ-ի՝ 397 միլիոն դոլարի մարդասիրական հայտի մասին՝ եռամսյա ժամանակամիջոցում երկրաշարժի հետևանքների վերացման նպատակով Սիրիային օգնության համար:

Նա հիշեցրել Է, որ փետրվարի 9-ին ՄԱԿ-ի կողմից ստեղծված Արտակարգ իրավիճակների արձագանքման կենտրոնական հիմնադրամի միջոցով համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունն արդեն 50 մլն դոլար է հատկացրել այդ նպատակների համար:
