Նոր բիզնես վարկ Յունիբանկից՝ սկսած 5% տարեկան տոկոսադրույքից

Յունիբանկը ներկայացնում է փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի համար նախատեսված նոր վարկ, որը տրամադրվում է եվրոյով՝ 5% և 6% տարեկան տոկոսադրույքներով։ Վարկը ժամկետը կազմում է մինչև 5 տարի։
Վարկի առաջին 12 ամիսներին տոկոսադրույքը կազմում է ընդամենը 5%, իսկ 13-60-րդ ամիսներին՝ 6% տարեկան: Վարկը կարող է տրվել ինչպես կարճաժամկետ՝ 1 տարով, այնպես էլ երկարաժամկետ՝ մինչև 5 տարի ժամկետով։
Վարկը նախատեսված է բիզնեսի արդյունավետությունը զարգացնելու և բարձրացնելու, ինչպես նաև այլ բանկերում ունեցած վարկերի վերաֆինանսավորման համար:
Իրավաբանական անձինք և անհատ ձեռներեցները կարող են վարկը ձևակերպել Յունիբանկի 55 մասնաճյուղերից մեկում: Վարկառուին ներկայացվող պահանջները նվազագույնն են. բիզնեսի առնվազն 12 ամսվա գործունեություն և բացասական վարկային պատմության բացակայություն:
Վարկի ևս մեկ կարևոր առավելությունը, բացի ցածր տոկոսադրույքից, մինչև 12 ամիս արտոնյալ ժամկետ տրամադրելու հնարավորությունն է, որի ընթացքում վարկառուն վճարում է միայն տոկոսագումարը։

2022 թվականին Յունիբանկի կողմից տրամադրված բիզնես վարկերի ծավալը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ աճել է ավելի քան 18%-ով, ինչը վկայում է ձեռներեցների կողմից բանկի վարկատեսակների կատմամբ պահանջարկի մեծացման մասին:
