Քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչ, «Համախմբում» շարժման խորհրդի անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Շաբաթ երեկո Մյունխենի անվտանգության ամենամյա համաժողովում, թշնամի երկրի պարագլուխը հերթական անգամ փորձեց նվաստացնել հայ ազգին, մասնավորաես լկտիաբար հայտարարելով, որ՝
- 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ին Հայաստանը
կապիտուլյացիայի ենթարկվել իր կողմից,
- ՀՀ բնակչությունը երկրորդ անգամ ընտրելով պարտված իշխանությունը, դրանով հավանություն են տվել այդ կապիտուլացիային,
- Արցախի հարցը այսուհետև Ադրբեջանի ներքին հարց է, իսկ այնտեղի հայերը՝ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիներ, որոնց հետ Ադրբեջանը կխոսի արդեն առանց միջնորդ:
 
Քանի որ Հայաստանը ներկայացնող անձնավորությունը իր կոտրտված անգլերենով հիմնականում ինչ որ անհեթեթ մտքեր կմկմաց Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանում մզկիթների ավերման մասին, և փաստացի չհակադարձեց թշնամու հիմնական պնդումներին, ստիպված եմ ես նաև իմ վրա վերցնել այդ բեռը, այն հուսով, որ Հայաստանի և Արցախի բազմահազար արժանապատիվ քաղաքացիներ կմիանան դրան, և իրենց ձայնը լսելի կդարձնեն թշնամիներին՝
- Հայաստանը կապիտուլիացիայի չի ենթարկվել՝ թեև պարտված և վիրավոր, մենք մեր պայքարը չենք դադարացրել, և հասնելու ենք նրան, որ ազատ և անվտանգ ապրենք մեր դրախտային հայրենիքում:
- Մեր ժողովուրդը պարտությունը և ստորացումը չի ընտրել, որքան էլ նրան փորձեն դրանում համոզել: Մեր ժողովրդի մեծ մասը աստիճանաբար թոթափում է պարտության բարդույթը, դուրս է գալիս թմբիրից, վերահաստատում է իր արժանապատվությունը, և նոր ուղիներ փնտրում՝ պայքարելու և հաղթելու:
 
- Արցախը երբեք չի եղել Ադրբեջանի կազմում, և որևէ կերպ չի կարող նրա ներքին հարցը դառնալ: Եթե նույնիսկ Հայաստանում գործող կապիուտուլիացիոն վարչակարգը փորձի հրաժարվել Արցախից, հայ ազգի ճնշող մեծամասնությունը շարունակելու է նրա ազատության համար պայքարը, և Արցախը դառնալու է մեր ազգային վերակերտման նորօրյա փարոսը:
 
Անձամբ ես ոչ կապիտուլիացիա եմ ստորագրել, ոչ պատրաստ եմ այն ընդունել, ոչ էլ երբևիցե կճանաչեմ Արցախը Ադրբեջանի կազմում: Դրա համար ես արդեն վճարել եմ ազատությամբ, պատրաստ եմ նորից վճարել, և նաև վճարել իմ կյանքով: Դուք էլ մի վարանեք, այլապես մենք կկորցնենք այն, ինչ կյանքից էլ թանկ է՝ մեր պատիվը և ապրելու իմաստը: Աստված զորավիգ սեփական երկրի և պատվի համար բոլոր պայքարողներին!
